After a mishap with communication we were able to stay. I phoned after the first night asking if another night was available. I was advised there was, and was charged for the second night. The next morning however, there was no record of payment received nor of the conversation, fortunately I had records of the payment debited and had a call log on my phone. The staff were most helpful however and we were able to stay without further questions asked. Lovely beds, great pillows! We also enjoyed up to date televisions and being able to watch You Tube in our room!

The Spa room number 1 is very modern. It's been fully renovated or is brand new. Very refreshing. Spa had good power. Fridge, microwave, iron etc Easy check in with electronic door lock. The lady Michelle allowed us to put our computers and medications in a bit earlier so as not to cook them in our vehicle. Little cute lamps. Nice art. Only 2 minutes drive from the main street.

I personally found the bed too hard as I'm used to a mattress topper so I kept waking up but my hubby likes firm. We couldn't get the TV to work but it was probably only us.

The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and very clean with a very large bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable, including the fold out couch (as advised by my kids).

We were advised that check in would be at 2.30pm but when we arrived our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait over an hour before we could access the room. The kitchen could also have had more plates and cutlery. For a family of 5, we found there were only 4 plates, forks, spoons etc and not much of anything else. Simple things like a tea towel, cutting board and pots would have been nice seeing that we had a kitchen.

Loved how fresh and new everything in the room was. It had clearly been freshly updated. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in both rooms in the unit. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great!

It was a bit cold in the room containing the double bed as the only aircon unit is in the main room. We were fortunate in that we didn't need all the beds so were able to just sleep in the main room where it was warmer (temperature dropped to 4*C overnight and as someone with weather induced asthma it was not ideal) Hotel is a little out of town and it was about a 5min drive to the closest option for take away food.

Large clean modern room with great heating. Bed was comfortable. Even though on a main road and I had a front room the road noise was not noticeable.

OMG the pillows. Strongly suggest you bring your own. The ones I had in my room were very high, hard and so uncomfortable. It was like you were using two hard pillows which made for an uncomfortable sleep and sore neck in the morning. All the pillows in the room were the same so I used one of the throw cushions. I would stay again but will bring my own pillow next time.

The room is big, full of light and modern. The beds were very comfortable, and we all rested very well. The seating area outside for drinks and meals was very nice. The aircon is very quiet and compensates when closing the window to eliminate noise from the road.

The room was practically on the A1 road, so any trucks passing by created a lot of noise. However, all the noise was eliminated once the windows were closed—the only downside is that you can't sleep with an open window.

Easy access to apartment, quiet, great parking, close to shops and restaurants. The interior was warm and cosy, very clean. Great lighting, everything we required - kettle, microwave, fridge and basic cutlery & crockery. Perfect for our one night stay.

Internet had a weak connection but that was the only issue, might be because we were down the end and further away from reception. We managed though.

I really liked the comfort, cleanliness and modern décor in the apartment. Plus a little balcony at the rear for relaxing. Even though I was travelling solo, my room was upgraded to an apartment of which I really appreciated. Check in was really easy as it was contactless. All instructions to access via email/text. Lovely place. I would stay again.

Nothing to complain about. A great place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised to have found such a good value-for-money accommodation. It was clean, it was comfortable and it was not the typical depressing motel on the side of the road. The colours were light, the furniture was modern and scandi cozy. Facilities were as expected with wifi, tea coffee milk, and toiletries. The room smelled amazing and the bed was comfortable

If the curtains were total block this place would be a perfect 10. It is an easy fix for me, I usually bring my blindfolds but for this occasion, I forgot them.

The was clean. The location just near the main road was perfect for a quick check in and check out. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. I did use the Spa and was great and needed after a long day on the road. Overall, I am very satisfied and will use again.
