The cabin was very comfortable and clean and the grounds were in fantastic condition. The heating was fantastic because it was freezing outside and we were lucky that we were upgraded at no extra cost because the cleaner was unable to clean the cabin we had originally booked. The fact that they did this showed me that cleanliness is high on their priority list and so is making sure that the person using the accommodation is happy and I found that comforting.

The size of the bed was small, as was the bathroom and shower. The cabin didn't have a great aspect, i.e., looked out onto the toilet block and road.

The cabin is spacious and modern and the play area is well maintained

The cabin kitchen is furnished at the minimum - no basic supplies like salt/pepe/oil - no colander, one plate/person, swimming area next to big road

Great value for money, accommodation was perfect except for the bed, lovely spot, nice and quiet

The mattress was a bit thin so I could fee the slates underneath but I am a big girl so that might be why

Extremely well maintained grounds. Holiday park is not massive so not very crowded unlike Big4 just down the road. Facilities are fantastic. From sheltered BBQs, with tables, sink, TV and fridge, to outdoor BBQ near the kids room with outdoor chess.. Tennis court, basketball court, table tennis and giant air cushion for kids and adults to bounce. To top it all off, suprisingly large heated indoor swimming pool with small water slide it dwarfs the crowded one @ Big4. We petty much had pool to ourselves for our daily 1 hour swim/play. We had two bedroom family cabin which had absolutely everything you'd need. It was very clean and comfy. Town centre was 15-20 min walk, and even quicker on our bikes. The park was quiet and very relaxed- just what we needed. I would not hesitate recommending the place for anyone, couples or families.

Very hard to fault anything. If I had to be picky, some may find highway noise disturbing at night. Our cabin was close to the entrance and we heard bit of truck noise only on our first night. It was raining so that may have made it worse. After that we hadn't noticed it again and slept like babies :)

It was quiet, everyone was polite and friendly.

No fly screens on some of the windows, so we couldn't let in any fresh air the few times we needed it.

We had a beautiful cottage called Dusty Miller., and the accomodation is so cute and is family friendly. It was very clean and we know that it was well looked after. We were also greeted by their wonderful staff. We had a wonderful time during our stay and we feel comfortable because our accommodation has everything that we need. We were also quite surprised by the fact that the accomodation doesn’t just include a pool but also a playground, a place whete you can bbq as a family and a sports/activity center where you can play ball..How good was that.Will highly recommend this place and will definitely come again next time.

The lovely green surroundings and proximity to the Main Street

Two friends travelling meant one was in a bunk bed not designed for grown up older bodies.

we stayed in the Loch Ard cabin, it was very clean and spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed. plenty of heating/cooling. Towels provided were clean and shower was well maintained. comfy couch with a TV and was able to go out for dinner without the worry of being locked out. staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was simple.

there's not one bad thing i have to say about this place. absolutely fantastic.

The staff were very welcoming and checking in and out was a seamless process. The pool and jumping pillow were great for our eight year old.
