Breakfast isnt included. We took our own. Having a dining room table and self catering utensils. Loved the pool even though only got in there once for a short time. Having laundry facilities was important as had been travelling and appreciated. Bed was very comfy.

Could have done with a large pot for cooking large and medium and another small saucepan enough to make e.g. bolognaise. Some crockery was too low and plastics much too high. In planning another unit cupboard could be put put on the other wall. As my husband could barely squeeze past esp. If up in night. Or banged his leg.

Hats off to the cleaning staff. Our cabin was spotlessly clean, including appliances, beds and washroom. Cabin aircon was good quality. Appliances were excellent. We enjoyed the swimming pool, skate park and jumping pillow. . Games were out of order. Staff were copperative and kind. We will recommend it to anyone.

The gaming room needs a renovation. Timings can also improve. Most facilities are close by 5 pm except the swimming pool. If we are roaming around in daytime evenings are when we indulge in in-house activities. But it is understandable.

From booking to arrival, good communication, greeted by friendly Glen, who had everything organised for our late afternoon arrival. We were given an upgrade to a wonderful cabin which mire than suited us and covered our needs. I was very surprised that the place had been around for a fair while, as it was neat as a pin and looked as though it was only a few years old.

Parking was a bit tight outside the unit, but certainly not bad and not a deterrent.

Swimming pool as the weather was extremely wet and the pool was our go to solution

Workmen at the very back of cabin making lots of noise cutting through cement but realising this would only improve the park in the future and would only be a short term problem . Thought it would have had more in the way of greenery eg trees 🌳

The cabin we were in was a great spot for the 4 of us to stay in. It was roomy and bright with lots of windows. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the games , pool , ping pong etc that was available .

It is pretty difficult to drive in the cabin/camper area with many many children running around. Everything is squeezed tightly into a small area. There was no guest parking except out along the main highway .

The general park area, kids facilities, games room & heated swimming pool were great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cabin was simple but comfortable and suited our needs. Had all the basic necessities in the kitchen, even a quality Scanpan which was a nice surprise!

Tap water wasn't great for drinking (or boiling or cooking) due to the taste. Wifi and TV reception was pretty poor - however we didn't come to use the TV/internet (just a little during downtime in the cabin) so it didn't bother us much.

Easy to find. Staff helpful, as I did not know they had motel rooms. We were able to move to a cabin. Very quiet. Problem with Fridge fixed promptly. Plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner. Everything worked. Table & chairs and couch. Good quality towels. Plenty of hot water.

Tariff was a bit high. Not enough room for a table on one side of the bed.

We arrived after closing, and the staff had left us good instructions on how to get in etc. They had also set the aircon going, so that our room was warm upon arrival....such a nice touch, that we really appreciated. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfy..... .just what we needed after a long day's travel. Plus there was a very comfortable lounge as well. My husband has just had a knee replacement, and after a long day driving, it was good to have seating, and be able to elevate his leg on a pouffe, rather than just sit on a bed.

There was nothing to complain about!

We asked for the quietest spot, and kindly, they upgraded our booking to a spa cabin, which was such a lovely gesture. The park was pretty full, but regardless to the amount of people, everyone was happy, respectful and the nights- silent. The staff were approachable and helpful.

The cabin was not very clean when we arrived very late at night. We cleaned the toilet and sink ourselves. Everything else was perfect.

Our Shearwater studio was bright, clean and well supplied with fridge, kettle, hot drinks tray, and microwave. Parking close by (code was needed for the barrier). We had a comfortable overnight stay, and enjoyed Port Fairy.

It was just a little bit too far out of town to be able to easily walk to find food. No food outlets on site. It was great being right next to the swimming pool, but I can imagine this might get noisy at busy times.
