Staff were amazing, was so nice to be greeted by an actual person

A classic motel that lets you park outside your room. Very spacious room with a large comfortable bed, sofa, small fridge, TV, kettle, microwave, tea & coffee facilities and air conditioning. The room was very clean. The on-suite was excellent, very spacious with a large walk in shower. It was very modern and very clean. I stayed 3 nights and my room was cleaned every day, excellent service. The owner was very friendly and the prices are brilliant. Easy walking distance to the town.

The location, friendly and helpful staff. The room rate is also very reasonable especially during long weekend.

The water kettle is rusted and needed to be cleaned. I expect small milk cartoon than milk capsules as I can't see the expiry date of the capsules.

The staff/manager are lovely, friendly and very helpful people. Very accommodating. Position is great, close to shops. Very clean room and bathroom was immaculate.

Not much, Could do with a guest laundry for people that have a longer stay more than a night or two. Bed is a little hard for me.

Very clean, comfortable and location was walking distance to everything in town. Owners were extremely hospitable. We came to watch our horse race and got the suggested courtesy bus from the middle pub to and from. Horse won which was the icing on the cake.

Nothing to dislike.

This was the best small town motel I’ve stayed, very clean and looked modern, very quiet, great staff, who rang me to see how I was going on arrival. Could not fault it. Many thanks John

Bright modern fit out, new tiled bathroom and fittings, clean and refresh carpet and paint job. Quiet from road or next unit noise.

The location is perfect for an overnight stay in Terang. Carol’s warm welcome on arrival, her dinner recommendations and the extra detail of accommodating our trailer ticked all the boxes for us.

I visited the Great Ocean Road and coast line between Adelaide and Melbourne. It was the summer holiday season and motel rooms were hard to come by. Terang is a little inland and was available for my date at a reasonable price. The facilities were all good except that the WiFi was weak in my room. It was fine near to reception and allowed me to book my next night's accommodation and communicate as necessary. The host was very helpful in pointing out restaurants and other features of the town. It was a comfortable night's stay.

The WiFi strength was insufficient in my room, but that matter is in hand and an improvement is probably in place now. The telecom engineer was unavailable because of the holiday.

CAROL WAS GREAT AND VERY HELPFUL. Room was veey coean with nee bathroom fittings. LARGE SPACE AND RECEPTIONIST STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL

There was a distinct small of mould on every inyi the room, thiugh no sign of it visually

The split system in the room next to us was making a terrible noise on and off ALL night. It sounded like a train coming through right behind the bed.
