The staff were exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Any help that was needed, they were happy to help. There wasn't a single staff member who was rude or unhelpful. The room was the perfect size for our family of 4. The beds were comfy, and the veiw was great. Parking was easy to navigate, and when a problem occurred, they were quick and efficient to fix. And parking on-site made it easier. The breakfast options were great and had a large variety. The shops were all close. Coles was a short walk down the road. The chef was always happy to chat in the mornings at breakfast and remembered us each morning.

The only thing I had a problem with was that the shower door didn't have a good seal, so it did leak when used. But nothing a rolled towel couldn't fix.

Lovely ambience. Great location. Central to so many amenities. The staff member at my first check in was as professional as I have found in 5 star hotels globally, she was fabulous. Very warm, friendly and welcoming. This sums up how the hotel feels as well. I was pleasantly surprised when the elevator doors opened.

Rooms are quite cool Bedding is lightweight (However you can order blankets) Beds are on the firmer side & I love plush mattresses However I ordered a lovely almond chai latte from room service, had a warm blanket delivered to the room which made things very cosy and comfortable.

Holiday Inn Werribee was a pleasant surprise in the hustle and bustle of Werribee, great, easy no fuss parking available, Reception check-in was so pleasant, easy and helpful. Our room was big and perfectly appointed, beds comfy, pillow option available on the beds. Easy access to the Wi-Fi, along with easy instructions for the TV. Restaurant was bright and friendly, food was absolutely yum, with the staff prioritizing a very hungry (hangry) child with her meal first, along with a colouring book & crayons to abate the (hangry) until her food arrived. Breakfast again was a wonderful selection of fresh and well-presented options, best coffee I have had in a hotel for a long time. Thank you Holiday Inn Werribee, we loved our stay with you.

- Staff, made you feel at home, were very helpful, accomodating and so friendly. - We brought the breakfast package for our entire stay. So glad, - Spectacular view from room, both day and nightime. Parking on the 3rd level, so convenient. Cost $20 per day, but well worth it for us as we had a person in a wheelchair. - Location, perfect! Walking distance to Coles, Woolworths, Restaurants, Laundromat and shopping centre nearby, maybe 5-10 minute walk. 10 minute drive to Pacific Werribee Mall where all the major big stores were ie Target, Big W, etc....

I honestly couldn't find fault at all during the whole 7 days and 6 nights we stayed at the Holiday Inn Werribee.

The breakfast was great just the right temperature for the eggs and bacon and the variety of fruit was excellent. We also had apple juice and tea with out meal. The staff were amazing, the manager Veronica also helped us with directions to the church we were attending for a funeral. Everyday we were greeted by the friendly staff and it really made our day. We had the large room for the disabled customers and I found it very spacious because my husband uses a walker to get around. We both enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to all our friends.

I got a bit confused with the colour of the lifts but I worked it out in the end.

The restaurant is lovely and the service was wonderful. I would've only liked if I could get poached eggs cooked and oat milk for a good latte with breakfast (I would recommend the alternative milk company oat milk)

The pillows weren't comfortable and you could hear people in the passage outside our room late at night laughing and talking. Several people came from their rooms to the passageway to see who was out making all the noise, they had all been woken up. We had children and had to be up early for a sporting event so it was really disruptive.

We paid for car parking and I had just come out of hospital from feet surgery and there were no available car parks on the hotel floor. We had to park down on level 2 then use the lift to go to the ground floor and walk around to get to the lift for our room on level 10. This was very inconvenient and painful as I was on crutches and not supposed to be walking far. We advised the reception of our inconvenience and would have hoped our parking fee may have been refunded. No offer of this.

I loved everything about it! I travelled to Melbourne just to attend a wedding at the Werribee Park Mansion, and I flied in and out of Avalon Airport - no need to go to the city, so this Holiday Inn was perfect! 1. It's close to the wedding venue; 2. It's just next to the Skybus Werribee stop on the Avalon-City line; 3. I was able to check in early at around 11am and check out late at 2pm; 4. They have a work zone in the reception lobby for people who need to work after check-out like me, and I could still use their wifi after check-out (they have super fast internet in the room, the reception lobby on level 8, and even the lift lobby on the ground floor!) 6. Staff are so very friendly :) 7. I love the floor-to-ceiling window in the room and the beautiful view!

This hotel is in a great location with a variety of restaurants nearby if you son't want to eat at the hotel. the staff were beyond expectiations...friendly, professional, caring and lovely to talk to.

The bed was like sleeping on a rock. I like a firm mattress because of back and hip issues but this was beyond firm. Several other colleagues also said they didn't like the hardness of the mattress. Unfortunately it caused me a lot of pain as the pillow (which stated it was firm) was also terrible...... floppy like a piece of spaghetti and definitely not firm at all.

Staff were welcoming and courteous, and professional. Hotel lobby and reception area was very clean, modern and chic. View from the room was beautiful. Location was perfect and easy to access using all forms of transportation. Walking and close distances to nice eateries, cafes, Woollies, Coles, 7Eleven.

Noise factor from other rooms, ie people talking loudly in their rooms and when people were leaving their rooms - banging doors etc Ended up staying a week at the hotel which was fine due to the funeral arrangements but we had seen three cockroaches during this time. We forgot to mention it to the staff when we checked out.
