The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the airport, in a small town. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, always smiling. The rooms are new and very clean. The breakfast is great and varied; they prepare eggs to go with your breakfast if you wish. The hotel has parking for approximately four cars. Near the hotel, a 3-minute walk away, there is a place that sells pizzas, hamburgers and ice cream called Cafe Salotto, which was recommended to me at the hotel. Thank you to the staff at 23 Hotel for their attentive service these past few days.

This appears to be the latest endeavor of a family whose guiding mission is to make their corner of Austria happy. They have a vineyard (you can buy their wines @ the hotel) and now this new project. The first floor includes really accessible rooms with call buttons in bathroom & bed area. The hostess/mother practically nurtures her guests: she kept offering to carry my bags, get the door, etc. Since the a/c unit was so new it didn’t have the wrapping off yet, she found me a floor fan. Breakfast buffet offers lots of options, including a couple different kinds of vegan milk. The hostess offers eggs cooked your way. You’re about 15 minutes from the airport. There’s a little river nearby with a path for some nature bonding, also some little cafes in the vicinity. There’s a coffee machine & a water supply in the breakfast room: I really liked that touch.

NOT a dislike; simply informational: parking directly in front of the hotel is limited, so you may end up on the street. Not all guests know how to park within lines.

The staff was incredible! Seriously, they went above and beyond at every turn. Incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was superb! We had an early flight and told them we would be checking out at 4am. She called the taxi service the night before and arranged for a taxi to pick us up at 4am. She also turned on the coffee/espresso machine and left a basket of bread, butter, and spreads for a quick breakfast. By far the kindest, most accommodating and tentative staff we had our entire trip of 15 cities and 10 countries.

I chose this place because all the reviews said it was conveniently located near the airport. If you are depending on public transportation 1keep in mind, it was a beautiful, albeit, 90 minute walk to the closest train station or €15 to get a taxi, and €40 to get a taxi to and from the airport.

The hotel and everything was nice including the always open breakfast room with free water and tea and the general cleanliness of the whole place, When I arrived there with my family there was only one staff member on duty running the show on New Years Eve. My young family and I travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in more hotels than we can count, but this one staff member, at Hotel 23, on the outskirts of Vienna, I think her name was Christina?, was among the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Not the usual hospitality friendliness that is often so superficial, but a friendliness coming from within, super natural and super honest. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. They allowed us to check in late even though the desk was closed. It was pretty close to the airport.

It was in a village that was pretty small and in the country. As a result no public transport from Vienna train station and the airport was not convenient. The taxis to the airport was fairly expensive 20€. The room was so new the air conditioner was still wrapped in plastic. Thankfully they had a fan because it was a hot night.

Simple, clean accommodation with a very nice breakfast. The hotel is located in a quiet village. about 15 minute taxi ride from the airport (about €30 ), so a great option to stay between flights. It was fun watching a peacock and a cat outside, instead of a highway view from a big airport hotel.

My suggestion for the staff would be to let guests know ahead of time that the door is locked, and a phone call needs to be made to get a room card from a box on the outside. This would avoid some initial frenzy i na tired state, while trying to figure out the arrangement.

I liked everything. The hosts are wonderful. The place is truly delightful. It's so clean, so quiet, so convenient. The breakfast is superb. I really felt at home and was so sorry to leave.

There is absolutely nothing I didn't like.

Modern design, very clean. Quality bed and well designed, practical bathroom with shower. It is possible to open a window. AC is available. Small table available if you need to work on your laptop. It is possible to order fried or scrambled eggs for breakfast. Billa supermarket is very close to the hotel.

Parking is free, but parking spaces are limited.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, comfortable beds/rooms. I hardly saw anyone, but when I did the check-in person was kind. Arranged a taxi for me to the airport at 4am, which arrived on time and was great.

When I arrived at 3pm, the door was locked and reception dark. I called the number on the door and someone came down. But the whole time I was there the hotel felt deserted and empty. I never saw a staff member again. I am a comfortable traveler, but it may be off putting to someone who likes a little more support/knowing someone is there.

Lovely hotel in a perfect location before a flight from Vienna International Airport. Free parking, delicious breakfast, extremely clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly and very helpful staff. Really enjoyed this place!

Just a point of clarification, the 23-Hotel sits just back off of the main street and can be easy to miss when driving by. So drive slowly and you will see it :)
