Toilet had no lock & the flush was bad

The Front Office staff were always friendly and helpful. Likewise the breakfast room staff and the lovely Kenyan Lobby guy

The swimming pool area was very disappointing. So much so that after viewing it, I didn't use it at all. It really wouldn't take much to upgrade it to a place guests would want to use

Clean, modern hotel and very good value. Room was a good size and had a nice big bed. Reception was really good by Ali and his colleagues - damp facecloth proffered when I came in out of a hot dust day, taxi came quickly when ordered etc. Didn't have breakfast but a late night burger went down nicely! Didn't use other facilities so cannot comment. Convenient for Seef Mall and a short walk from the Ritz Carlton.

Large rooms with decent interior and reasonable breakfast menu. Very nice location in Seef near to the main malls.

1. Bathrooms drainage and Flush 2. There is a big window in the bathroom facing the Main Street, with the blinds unable to close completely, had to put a towel to cover the window. 3. Abundant parking available on the front of hotel as it was little difficult to access and find parking in Basement.

The overall atmosphere of the room we got is a great combination of getting everything you need.

When we arrived, the receptionist was arguing with me about the payment. They were asking me to authorize a payment while I was already paid on booking.com. After a minute of arguing, they said it's okay now (as if they weren't paying attention that my reservation is paid already). PS. They knew me immediately and said my full name when I told them that I had a reservation.

everything went well. this was my second time staying at this hotel location is perfect - close to City Center mall which is super convenient. Breakfast was great, staff were super friendly.

SAME REPEATED MENU OF BREAKFAST FOR ONE WEEK

It was great there were some features that made me amazed and the stay was overall good.

The basement parking was bad because the space is small and very hard to maneuver to the exit through all the cars.
