Great location near Seed Mall. Spacious rooms and bathroom. I was upgraded during check in. Great in room service and had a nice meal. Plenty of choices. Room service staff was great/very caring and called me to check if the food is good and if I need anything else. Parking is free as there is underground garage.

The lady at check did not seem to be in good mood and seemed new employee as she had difficulty checking me in. Then later another front desk staff helped and I was able to get a room on 21st floor. 21 st floor lobby area in front of elevators was dark and for some reason the lights were off. The hallway lights were fine and able to find my room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ramee Grand Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view, with all the amenities I could possibly need. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from, and the service at the restaurant was top-notch. Overall, the Ramee Grand exceeded my expectations in every way. I can’t wait to come back — highly recommended

The hotel is nice with nice location and good room size. The facilities inside the room were all good and for the rate I booked the room, it was outstanding.

The paper work. The check in procedure and the checkout procedures have to improve. The hotel still requires deposit and when I paid by card I was charged extra 1BD as card charges to cover the refunding process via cash. At checkout, I was under pressure to catch a flight whilst I had to wait over 10 minutes for the room to be checked. This will all be resolved if the hotel implemented pre-authorization of credit card.

I recently revisited Ramee Grand and was impressed once again. The room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Dining at Ruka, roof top restaurant was a delight, with delicious meals and great service. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were top-notch. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to reach from the malls. Consistent in quality and service, Ramee grand remains my top choice. Highly recommended!

The employees from the receptionist to the security guard are not so friendly, I tried having conversation with them to give them compliment actually, however, they weren’t willing to listen to me which I think is wrong, in hospitality, we expect people to be more warm and welcoming which I didn’t feel

I enjoyed the overall experience at the hotel. Hotel location, room ambience, room staff, room services were exceptional. It was one of my favorite and memorable stays and all that happened because of Ms. Puja who attended me at first in the hotel and gave me an outstanding room which i will not forget

it takes too much time to answer the calls to reception.

- It is not appropriate for a 5-star hotel to take a security deposit from its customers. - for me this is the first 5 star hotel charge for an ice bucket.
