Noisy neighbour who was smoking! But the staff changed the room Asap.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff, especially Mr. Emad, were incredibly welcoming. Mr. Emad went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing outstanding support and even upgrading my room, which was a delightful surprise. The room itself was immaculate—spotlessly clean and much larger than I anticipated. Every corner of the space was well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect for travelers looking to explore the city, as it is central and convenient. The staff here are commendable; everyone was polite and attentive, consistently ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. Their professionalism and kindness greatly enhanced my visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, clean and spacious accommodations, and a prime location makes it a top choice. Thank you, Mr. Emad and the rest of the team, for making my stay so memorable!

The location is great it's 1 minute walk to 2 malls and all restaurants deliver to it. The place is very clean and the staff are amazing. I tried their food and it was great and the portions are huge. Definitely worth the money + it's a family friendly hotel.

I stayed at the hotel before and the bed was waaaayy fluffier and more comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud but now it's just flat (it isn't a big deal but it would be amazing if it was just like before)

The location is great, and the staff are nice, the value of money is also good

Outdated facility, specially in the suites, no electrical sockets in the bedrooms to charge your smart things, even your phone, the only sockets you will find is in the living room, I have no idea if the regular rooms are the same but this was the really annoying thing about the saty.

The location is very convenient as well as the hotel facilities, although are a little old, still are very well preserved

The breakfast options were extremely limited. Although I paid for the breakfast (it was not included in my booking because of I choosed not to during the booking process), it was just one or two things to eat. The live station was poor, only vegetables for an omelet, but nothing for westerns (e.g. neither beef / turkey ham nor beacon). Fortunately it was just one morning breakfast.

The staff were amazing! Especially *Komail* .. the most courteous... the most helpful and hard working, he knew his guests well and learned the names and cars and room numbers by heart not just doing his basic job. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was spacious, clean and everything needed was available. The location is fantastic a walk away from malls and restaurants.

Minor fixes were needed like the shower spray was not strong, and the shower holder was not fixed well, so the handle was falling out. The water kettle needed to be cleaned and maybe new ones are required.. nothing else... all was great will surely come again

Room was a bit outdated but is to be renovated. Electrical plugs are Eastern Europe 2-prong in some spots but staff was able to give adapters. Sofa bed is ok but mattress is thin. It’s ok for kids but uncomfortable for adults

Great location (Two malls next to the hotel, & outdoor restaurants around), professional staff, variety of services (Hookah, and all sports channels), wonderful city view from the balcony. It is my second choice in Bahrain.

Rooms need to be remodeled in order to be the first choice in Bahrain.

the staff are very helpfull and understanding , I appreciate Mr Mustapha and the next day morning reception shift _apologies I don't remember the name , regardless both were helpful , very respectful.

it's something very simple and understandable , the lights arrangement and I had to ask for bath robes and slippers as we were 4 members , yet both requests came in time and with a smile.

A very beautiful building. Located in a very nice well served spot. The staff was the most great part of the whole experience, very friendly,very welcoming, very professional, and always smiling, thanks to everyone there, especially to Fatima and Qotup from the reception
