Location was great, rooms comfortable and clean, shower and bath facilities good

Check in wasn't so smooth - arrived late afternoon but rooms weren't ready - although the concierge was very polite and doing his best. Although overall breakfast was good, table make up took a long time, one staff member responded in an impatient way. Body wash in bathroom wasn't checked and empty after room was made up. Small things like this matter

Great location if you are into serious shopping as it is inside the biggest shopping mall in Bahrain. Salero, the Spanish restaurant is brilliant, so brilliant we decided to stay there so we could have some amazing paella, enjoy the amazing flamenco show and then go up to our room without worrying about driving a car, being tired, etc. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Service was great!

I find it too expensive, but I guess is Bahrain (plus, it was my birthday so it doesn't happen often). Ordered some room service and the food was ok, definitely didn't match the price, it could be way better.

I loved the hotel rooms and the staff Specially Adnan Manager of public relations he was so helpfully with my loyalty card and gave me great tips The valet staff were excellent The Furn resturant staff were great and thecleaning staff specially Babo The quality of food is great and all facilities are amazing I would definitely stay there next time we had three rooms it was amazing

Of course the location as a start... reception staff...valet parking staff,.. it's my 3rd time here..

Honestly the comforter smell... definitely wasn't changed before our arrival, as it smelled human odor 😕😞. The coffee packets didn't smell as coffee at all, I think it's been there awhile.

The staff were extremely friendly, espically Adnan and Ahmad. The services are fast.

The towels, robes, and bedding provided were torn. The cleaning service was not to my standards, I rate it 6.5/10.

Great place, great people, great stay, great location

Unfortunately the food but they are in a corrective phase, which I believe they could make without any issues. The management were very attuned to improvement and progress, which places them leaps and bounds ahead of many other chains

Amazing location The suite is huge with such an amazing bathroom

The housekeeping wasn’t good. Although very nice and always has a smile on her face, she didn’t clean the rooms properly at all, sometimes she wouldn’t even broom

Unfortunately, the luggage transfer service from the lobby to the room is very bad. This made me uncomfortable, so I checked out of the hotel after the first night, knowing that my reservation was for two nights

The location of the hotel was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful,I miss the breakfast although I, had reserved the room with breakfast , anyway I ordered the breakfast in my room and it was very tasty and delicious

The operator , is not helpful and and even did not doing his job when need some one to cary the bags at the check out time ..
