I wanted to let you know that my previous stay at the hotel was quite unpleasant. However, I recently heard about the improvements made by the staff and the hotel, so we decided to give it another try. I must say, it was a completely different experience this time. The stay was wonderful, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Ms. Noor at reception was especially professional and handled everything smoothly. Ms. Fareeda, the housekeeping manager, was always pleasant and greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean, and the beds were perfectly organized, which really changed our perception of the hotel and its staff. The breakfast was also nice and decent. Thank you .

From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding and the hospitality exceeded all expectations. I booked 2 Bedroom apartment with panoramic view. It was one of my criteria for the selection. I requested for a high floor, which I got .... fortunately. It was worth staying there. The view from the balcony was awesome, specially during night. The location was very near to the major attractions. The mall and basic needs was just across the road. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff was very cooperative. I recommend this if you are visiting with family and for pretty long time. Hope to re-book the same in future also.

There was not much options for the breakfast, most of the thing was repetitive. While going out I switched on the indication of "Make my room", but was not done. Next day I had to inform the front desk for the same, then it was done.

The hotel was good, my problem was with booking mostly, My reservation included breakfast, when I booked the apartments, I am sure that I had all the people staying in the rooms however somehow it got changed and only put half of us and I had like eight kids. He mentioned only seven in all of them below one year-old. So when it was time for breakfast, the hotel did not allow everybody to go to have breakfast and he charges some of us for breakfast that was supposed to be for free. I talked to the receptionist and I understand that it’s not her problem, but I believe that she could’ve done something to accommodate me I mean, after all, it’s not reasonable for a two bedroom apartment to have only one adult and two kids staying in it . So eventually, half of us ended up not having breakfast and four people were charged for their breakfast for a mistake that wasn’t mine .

From the moment I arrived at the Tulip Hotel & Suites in Manama, I knew my stay would be exceptional. The hotel’s towering presence promised a blend of luxury and comfort, and it delivered on every front. What I Liked: The rooftop pool was a serene oasis, offering panoramic views of the cityscape. My room was equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a kitchenette. The free Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected effortlessly throughout my stay The concierge service was attentive and personalized, ensuring all my needs were met with a smile.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Every aspect of my stay was curated to perfection.

We stayed in two bedroom apartment. The unit is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen and comfy sofa in living room. Location is very strategic, next to Dana Mall and across City Center Bahrain. Multistory parking is available within the building. Breakfast was served with various menu. My daughter loved jelly pudding very much. Overall it was a wonderful family stay.

I didn't like the reception service because one of the women was disrespectful against the staff . It was unsual for me to see someone calling another person by ringing a bell or by screaming "come here" to someone... The staff was very kind , here for us at anytime so I don't thing they deserve this. But everything else was perfect we had such a nice trip and the apartment was amazing . Thank you

The hotel location was very good with dana mall nearby and walkable distance with good breakfast, the parking was good and additional parking available outside the hotel. The swimming pool located in the top floor-level-20 was excellent and good view of the bahrain from top floor

some appliances are faulty and when i asked to replace they replaced with another faulty appliances, I didn’t comeback to them
