The staff were friendly, always smiling, and very attentive to our needs. Their supportive and accommodating attitude made our stay more comfortable. We also appreciated that they provided extra mattresses when we requested them.

Although we booked for four people, the hotel only provided two towels, explaining that they don’t have enough for everyone when fully occupied—an issue that seems easy to resolve. On one occasion, the towels had a strong , unpleasant smell. The furniture felt outdated, and it would have been helpful if the kitchenette included some basic utensils and kitchenware.

I booked for a premier room and it was very comfortable. Me and my family enjoyed our stay there. There was no noise on the floor and it was like a sound proof environment. The AC was working well and the washroom was also neat and clean. The overall room service was good. The breakfast was having good options including continental and desi, we liked the variety of food and the serving by the staff. The reception services were also at the best. Thanks to the gentleman Sameer Khan who was so kind and helpful, with a smiling face always. The location was also ideal in Al Seef Downtown area.

1- I felt a bit smell in the elevators only which needs to be improved. 2- And there should be a shade over the swimming pool, specially in summer when the weather is too sunny.

Good location, worth the money, in the room standard things you need (kettle, fridge, water, towels, disposable hygiene products, tea coffee, mugs, safe). Bed linen is clean. The pool is also clean. Breakfast not various but adequate (eggs, veggies, sausages, liver, watermelon/melon/oranges,shawarmas, good bakery)

The stuff, was very nice and special thanks for Mr. Mohammad the facility manager and Mis Liza from reception, for the support and helpful during our stay. I booked 2 rooms, I request during the reservation to be close to each other, but due to the availability, the hotel upgrade my reservation to be family suite instead of rooms. It was 2 big rooms with living area 2 toilets and fully equipped. Also during the check-in the reception guy I didn't remember his name he gives me offer for breakfast with big discounts more than 40%. Thanks Gulf Cort team🌹

It was very clean and well presented. Every single member of staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. They would go out of there way to make you feel comfortable with your stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We had a very spacious junior suite and was not disappointed. Very accommodating hotel. Breakfast was also lovely as was all the room service food. Credit to the wonderful chef Irfan.

Multiple noisy neighbours, the soundproofing of the rooms is not good. Some things that can be improved by the hotel: Make it so that the room doors close quietly, right now they slam and you can easily hear that in the neighbouring rooms. Make the rooms easier to find, it took us a few minutes to find our room and we were not the only guests with this problem. All the extra doors in the hallway cause more confusion. Improve the sensors / timing on the elevator. When going in the elevator with a suitcase or child, multiple times the elevator door closed up on us too early and would not stop.

Room are big, breakfast is ok but need to have more continental touch, Location is also perfect place very silent near by petrol station with small grocery shop attached to petrol station. Staff is excellent, Hotel Manager enquires daily regarding any issue, restaurant staff are very loving eg: Miss Janet, counter staff Liza from Philippine greets everybody with great smile, Hotel GM interacts with visitors frequently. Very friendly hotel specially for families.

House keeping need to be improved.

The room was spacious. Comfortable air conditioning. Clean and maintained property. The staff were very humble and helpful. Thanks to Liza and Sakib for a wonderful service. Truly had a good stay. We will definitely plan to stay again when we visit next time.

Parking was lacking shade, so our vehicle was getting too hot. There is no toilet near the pool. The pool is not suitable for smaller kids as it is at the same depth of 1.6m throughout.

The pillows are not as comfortable as the other hotels standards. Breakfast is not variable enough. The restaurant has a congested and small dining area.
