Staff are amazing. Specially the reception Asma, was amazing and so professional. Also, the location is perfect and the atmosphere is outstanding

The swimming pool closed around 6, that mean one hour before sunset. Really disappointed as it’s so early. At least in summer shall be open till 8. Also, all services will be stopped around that time.

The ambience, service and the magical feel of the place really enhanced our stay, I want to thank Alex for an exceptional upgrade, Francois for touring us around the property, Fatima and Mumtaz for check-out assistance This place is magical I recommend everyone to feel it

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was the team of really engaging and helpful staff that made it so special, in particular Linda. We felt like the service was personalised and were made to feel like we really mattered. The hotels itself was very nice and the little touches like the inflatables in the pool for the children and sweet treats in the room on arrival made it a rememberable stay.

Absolutely nothing

By far the best experience I had in a hotel of this level. The staff were friendly, often they’d go out of their way to keep the customer happy. The hotel location is nice, the room is spacious, and very comfortable, very clean indeed. We loved the vibe, the breakfast, even the other guests look and seem happy. They immediately gave us late check out as soon as we asked! This I truly appreciate.

It’s on the more expensive side even with comparison to similar hotels. The pool’s depth leave something to wish for.

The staff and I mean every single one of them are very welcoming and friendly. I have never been in a hotel where every single staff are extremely nice and helpful whether I met them in person (reception, concierge, pool staff, valet staff..etc) and those I talked through the phone (room service and front desk). Also thanks to the duty manager (Mr. Ayman) who ensured my stay was comfortable and excellent. As for the room is very specious with a great view of the pool and sea. Very big bathroom / changing room and very comfortable seating inside the room and in the balcony which was also very spacious. Beside the room the property has a very nice pool area and beach as well as top notch restaurants along with a cigar lounge. Loved everything out the property.

Location ambience safety and comfort was most important. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially thanks to Maryam guest services representative, the hospitality she provided us was excellent. My room was upgraded as a genius level 3 member at booking.com. Some sweet treats in our room were awesome. I will definitely visit again.
