Smart TV in the room. All reception staff is very helpful 24/7 and provides swift assistance during the stay. Security and valet always greet you with a smile. Jeraldine from F&B has a very pleasant service demeanor. Rooftop swimming pool is a great perk. Close proximity to coffee shops, restaurants, and Seef Mall. Corridors and the room smell good and clean. Bedroom slippers and bathroom supplies are provided. Really great value for the price.

Nothing major, close attention to some marks on the blankets and on being generous to replacing the linens when servicing the rooms, this would have made the stay perfect. Overall a peaceful and very relaxing stay.

Only the staff in the lobby not the receptionist i think security in the lobby near the entrance young boy local he just meed to be trained a bit how to talk with human being just putting smile on the face not important if you dont know how to deal or talk with customers or anyone

It was a nice stay time as the hotel was providing a best service for me in addition to all the properties such as swimming pool and fitness center are available in a good condition. Regarding to the suite, I was taking a junior with kig bed and good hygiene with all living requirements. I would like to express my deep thanks to the all hotel staff and management especially Mrs Farah and Mrs Hawra.

I loved the bedding so comfy, the space is spacious and service is on point. Everything was on point in the room and i am definitely coming back! Special thanks to Duty Manager Mr Amer for his care about my stay. Also I had the pleasure of meeting Duty Manager Miss Taqua who also made my departure smooth to the airport. Great team and see you soon everyone thanks to all!

Nothing to complain about I look forward for the spa to reopen as they are having renovation all over.

Everything was perfect but there wast two problems First that the bed sheets was little dirty when i arrived the room and second I wish that i could find at least a little fridge for the drinks other than that everything thing was perfect and the reception was so helpful.

I didn’t like that i got an extra charge for like 12 bd only because i booked by mistake for 1 day before the day i wanted and both of them wasn’t weekend So I don’t know why they charge me an extra .. that was what i didn’t like honestly

The staff was very accommodating, we landed very early in the morning our check in wasn't till 3, we had few hours left to go I had my daughter we was very tired and the staff upgraded our room and gave us a room earlier then expected really appreciated it as we really needed the room to go sleep as we was so tires from the long journey. Housekeeping was excellent always topped everything up

The reception staff were very cooperative with the guest’s requests and paid attention to every detail with warmth, a smile, and professionalism.

Unfortunately, the rooms and suites do not have any view or outside scenery. Also, some of the large sofas in certain rooms have holes. Other than that, everything was excellent and well worth the price.
