The hotel was absolutely wonderful and beautiful, and it was a pleasant surprise for me and my family for several reasons, which I will outline below: - The location is strategic and close to the City Centre complex. - The hotel building is tall, decent, and not old. - Parking is available inside and outside the building for free. - The lobby was spacious and exceptionally beautiful. - The room prices were reasonable and not exorbitant. - Room availability was easily accessible. - There was no need to wait to get the rooms. - The rooms were extremely beautiful and clean. - The room air conditioners were cool and quiet. - The bathrooms were very clean and elegant. - The TV channels were diverse and very clear. - A baby crib was provided (free of charge). - An extra bed was available (requires an additional fee). - An outdoor swimming pool with a view was available. - A gym for bodybuilding was available. - A Thai massage club was available. - A shisha café was available on a separate floor. - Bars were available on a separate floor. - The elevators were fast, with no waiting required. Special thanks and appreciation to the bellboys "Hasan" and "Husain," who were smiling and efficient in handling the luggage without delay.

There were no significant flaws affecting the hotel, but I had a few observations that need to be addressed: - Water leaks significantly from inside the shower onto the bathroom floor. - The hotel pool closes very early

Comfortable Hotel -Good Breakfast and good size rooms- security staff at the parking area are very professional and friendly.

Parking Space is limited- TV have only limited channels - You need to go down the the hotel main entrance to receive your restaurant delivery.

The hospitality of Hotel Manager Saif and and staff member Muhammad Fokhor is what made this trip extra special. They made us feel extremely comfortable, accommodated to all our requests, guided us where we needed guidance and went above and beyond their job description to make us feel welcome. In a short space of time, Bahrain started to feel a little like home with the feeling of being taken care of not just staff members but family. The breakfast was beautiful. I enjoyed the gorgeous views from our bedroom and the restaurant on the 27th floor. I also enjoyed 2 massages at the hotel spa by fully experienced qualified professional therapists that knew exactly how to help fix my weak lower back. The only thing that I did not dislike is the fact that the pool opening times were only from 9am to 6pm so after 6pm if you did not have plans to go out, there are no other places to sit out doors at the hotel. However the location of the hotel was brilliant that for 3 nights in a row we enjoyed a walk to the water city garden and would easily sit by the water, the football was often playing on the big screen located there which my husband also enjoyed. There is also the City Centre Bahrain mall located walking distance very conveniently and many places easy to get to either by walking or a short taxi drive. Bahrain now has a piece of my heart. And i would love to return again to S Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at S Hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Zainab at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with genuine warmth and took care of every detail with professionalism and grace. Her kindness and attentiveness turned our stay from simply good to truly memorable. Zainab’s exceptional service made us feel completely at home, and for that, we’re truly grateful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and heartwarming experience.

Room was quite good and clean. Lovely sea view. Fast check in.. frindly staff. Not a noisy at all. Hope visit again in future.

The breakfast.. i stay 2 nites and order only one continental breakfast.. the pan cakes was super cold like chilled. With omelette they served around half kg of sausage i think its tomuch quantity. The team must learn to present the food and make sure its hot. Orange juice they add extra water not feel orange flover in it. They served coffee with milk but there is no sugar on side and even no tea spoon to mix the coffee . I have only option to use a knife as a tea spoon.

My first time to check-in at S Hotel Bahrain and was given a corner room which has a fantastic views of the sea and the city. The room was clean and very comfy. It's a 10 minute walk to the City Center Mall. Lots of choices for breakfast. All the staff are amazing and courteous. I love the electronic pad for the window curtains and the lights. I highly recommend this hotel.

The wood of the room furniture can use some polishing. It would've been nice if the pub on the first floor was open early so we could enjoy Shisha "hookah" after breakfast.

The place is wonderful and the staff are good , plus the location of the hotel is in the Seef and a good area too. That hotel view is really amazing with beach view usually . And whenever I come to Bahrain I usually stay in this wonderful hotel, it’s peaceful and comfortable .

Unfortunately the last two times that I visited the bathroom toilets and bathtub has a dirty stain for some reason . And it was uncomfortable for me to use .

The location is excellent because it is close to the main shopping and restaurant areas but difficult for those without a car. The room is spacious but has broken furniture. Breakfast is good in terms of variety and taste.

There is not enough supplies for water, tea bags, and coffee. The room cleaning is not done regularly. I think they need to review the room decoration and matching colors.

Facilities, location and views over the gulf make the “S” a great getaway for the weekend. Indoor parking was a plus.

While the midnight shift guys at the reception were super helpful hard working individuals, the day shift ladies had poor management skills and ridiculous attitude particularly the team lead. She has no solving skills and zero customer relationships approach. Just makes one leave the place and not even spend a single fills on it!
