My experience at the Ibis Seef Hotel in Manama, Bahrain deserves recognition. From easy check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely welcoming. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. William in the restaurant is a gem – attentive, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his work. He remembered my preferences. It’s that kind of service that makes you feel like more than just another guest. A real MVP here is Melanie, the Manager. Hands down one of the most impressive hospitality professionals I’ve ever encountered. She runs the place with a rare mix of efficiency and warmth, making sure every detail is handled and every guest feels truly seen and taken care of. She listened, responded, and genuinely cared. That’s not common. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and in a good enough location, but it’s the people that will make me return. If you’re in Bahrain and want a stay that’s easy, comfortable, and filled with top-notch service, this is the place. 10/10 – Highly recommend.

The property was nice clean and exactly what I needed for my trip

The full board dinner menu was only small and not a lot to choose from so when staying for a longer period would become repetitive however the food was lovely, the roof top pool would do better being at the opposite side of the building as by lunch time the sun is gone from the pool the first night having dinner we also had a long wait to be served and actually had to approach reception to have a staff member come which was kind of mad as we were the only people in the restaurant

This is one of my absolute favorite spots to stay in Bahrain. I’ve been returning here for the past five to six years, and this is my first visit back after a break of about six or seven months. I’m once again impressed by how they’ve maintained their high standards over time. What I appreciate most is their unwavering commitment to stellar service quality, which has been consistently top-notch for the past five years. The reception staff have always been remarkably professional, ensuring a swift check-in and check-out process. The hotel’s premises, including the corridors, rooms, and restrooms, are consistently spotless. A big shout-out to the management for prioritizing service quality and customer satisfaction. I recently had the pleasure of staying at ibis seef and was blown away by the exceptional hospitality. Muqadas Malik and Bilal went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Excellent location with covered car parking. Decent bed and bathroom. Covers all the basics. Breakfast was just ok, perhaps because it was Ramadan.

Was on a non-smoking floor but cigarette smoke smell would come through every so often so not sure if the AC vents are linked to a smoking floor. It appeared that the carpet had not been vacuumed before my stay as there was debris around the bed, such as a blue wire tie and thread, as well as fluff balls near the bathroom door, but nothing major, just noticeable.

1) Staff at the reception were very cooperative and professional. 2) Breakfast was amazing and has a lot of variety. 3) parking was available around the building, and in addition, there is 6 floor parking attached to the hotel. However, I did not use it, so I don't know the condition. 4) The hotel location is very good and just cross Dana Mall (small mall that has Lulu, and Max, Red Tag, R&B, and small shops). 5) City center is just cross the road. However, you need to drive around 5 minutes to reach the location. 6) The internet is perfect. 7) Very calm area.

1) There is a smoke smell in the room (1604). 2) At 16th Floor, the lobby carpet at elevators area has some stains.

The staff were exceptionally! Everyone was so kind & caring. I was waiting for my visa for Saudi, which took longer than expected to come though. The reception staff & very helpful photocopying documents for me, as well as organising taxis. I had to extend my stay on a day by day basis, waiting for my visa, but I did not have to check out & pack up my room each day, as they allowed me to stay over the check out time which was very much appreciated. The pool deck was a super place to chill out & de-stress.

Good Location, comfy rooms and excellent breakfast. Staff behavior very good and accommodating. Overall very much satisfied. Didn't experience the disturbances in the evenings unlike in other places. Six floors of Good dedicated parking slots and the access is exclusively only for the guests. The Gym is also very good with lots of equipment. Dana Mall is on the opposite side of this property. No fuss when we requested to extend our checkout time.

1. The room size is very small. 2. Very little margin between the walls for the car to drive for parking. We could see lots of Tire and scratch marks on the walls. 3. The bathroom is also very small.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. The staff at this property are all great specially the receptionist and the breakfast staff. They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards. The hotel buffet breakfast was great and amazing the restaurant staff were very friendly and kind specially sonia and the chef’s who made the eggs.

Excellent breakfast , excellent front desk staff, guy name mufeed and rest of girls from phillipines were very kind and helpful.

To get to hotel from main road, often taxi driver will miss the road to exit the hotel pathway and takes long huge circle and drop you at back of the hotel, which kinda cost extra on Careem app.
