Frasier Suites - A Perfect Family Getaway! Our stay at Frasier Suites was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly staff who truly made us feel at home. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants—perfect for families wanting to explore the area while still enjoying a quiet retreat. The family-friendly amenities at Frasier Suites are impressive. The spacious and well-appointed rooms are ideal for families, offering plenty of room to spread out and relax. The kitchenette was incredibly convenient for preparing meals, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The highlight for us was the range of activities offered for kids. The on-site play areas and the kids' club kept our little ones entertained, while the outdoor pool was a hit with the whole family. Additionally, the hotel’s attention to safety and comfort made it an ideal choice for parents traveling with children. Overall, Frasier Suites provided a memorable experience that combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service. It’s a perfect choice for families looking for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. Nothing, was great!

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped. the reception staff were kind and wonderful. The valley staff Mr Ahmad, Ali and one more person that unfortunately I forgot his name but I think he's from Indian also was nice and smiling all the time. kitchen is well equipped and I took photos.. bedrooms were clean even under the beds :) Bathrooms also were clean.

We had black tea and instant coffee but I wish they've added herbal tea (green tea- Chamomile tea..etc.)to the complimentary section.

Super clean Staff are nice Easy access to the mall Nice view for the larger 2BR suite You can either use valet or self park. We had a large SUV and can park comfortably there. Very secure place, you have to use the room key for the elevator, to enter the hotel back from the mall and the parking.

Set menu for breakfast, which is not good for the level of fraser suites On the day of checkout we took our luggage down with the help of the concierge but we did not officially check out and some of us were in the room and the do not disturb sign was on. However someone entered the room thinking we left and kept the do not disturb sign on!! Told the front desk staff about it and they apologised but I don't think only apologising is enough in this situation

The view & location are extremely beautiful.

The air conditioner was not working properly at the bedroom , the lifts need to maintenance as the 17th floor button was not working! We had to choose 7th floor and go to the oth lift to reach our apartment. Shower area need to fix or change the water is leaking and there was a dark spots on it.

We were upgraded from a deluxe studio to one bedroom apartment which was much more that we needed for a 3 night stay. We have chosen Fraser Suites because it was close to Seef Mall and it has a good reputation among the travellers and we were not dissapointed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing that we did not like was the noise made by the cars that could be heard from 11th floor.

The Room Size and facilities. Location is connected to the mall. They serve Complementary Arabic Coffee and Daes on the weekends which was a delight.

The Car Parking is not connected directly to the hotel, it is connected to the mall, where you need to walk to the hotel from the inside of the mall.

Great location . Direct access to the mall with a supermarket nearby. Good parking floor with direct access to our rooms. Spacious apartments, great option for a family trip. Amazing staff, everyone was very helpful. The staff made our stay so much better.

Furniture a bit worn down.

Friendly staff, fast check in and check out, very fast valet, and what i like the most the delivery man is allowed to come up stairs and bring our food to the room.

The curtains cant be closed all the way there was a huge gap, so the brightness of the sun was directly into our eyes while sleeping.

Hotel and room was very clean, all necessary items (towels, soaps, slippers, iron machine, fridge , etc) were in place and ready to use. Lobby and hallways smells good, parking entrance and exit is neat, clear and spacious. Staff are supportive, welcoming and fast with requests.

The hotel is connected to the Seef Mall. If there the Seef Mall is crowded, it may delay you getting to the hotel.

The staff at the accommodation were extremely professional and amicable. We would like to express our gratitude to Ms. Yolanda. She ensured that our flat was prepared upon our arrival and pleasantly surprised us with an upgrade. The flat itself is roomy and cozy. This marks our second visit, and we can confidently say that there will be more in the future.
