Everything was great in our room! We had a lovely time and we were very comfortable. There's also a really nice terrace which we sadly couldn't use because the weather was too cold, but it must be amazing there when the weather is warmer. Our check-in process was super easy - even though we knew the process was automated, there was a member of staff around who helped us out and even informed us that our room was available earlier than the normal check-in time. One added bonus was the fact that there are a lot of radiators in the room, which was especially helpful for Bruges' cold December weather. The neighbourhood was beautiful as well and only a 15-minute walk to the main square. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Room was 'compact' but there was room for everything and it was very well equipped. The bedroom had a kettle and a coffee machine, as well as a mini-fridge. The bed was soft but extremely comfortable. There was a fan in the wardrobe, and a safe. One of the opening windows had an insect screen which was very helpful as we needed a window open at night time. However, if you are a light sleeper the sound of the early bus going past in the morning might disturb you - it didn't bother me and the road was otherwise exceptionally quiet. The bathroom was big and comfortable with a hairdryer and a make-up/shaving mirror. The garage facility was good - the entrance archway was a little on the narrow side but all bar the very largest cars should be able to get through. The location was brilliant. A lovely, quiet and safe-feeling road just a few minutes walk to the edge of the pedestrianised areas. There was a supermarket 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction and a baker on the street close to the accommodation. The owner was brilliant to deal with - quick and clear responses to all queries. All in all an excellent spot to stay for a short break to Brugge/ Bruges. We would highly recommend.

The location of Maison Bruges is great. We got the bus from the train station at first as we had cases which was only 3 stops and really easy to navigate. We walked into the centre each day/night which takes 15 minutes and a really nice walk. The neighbourhood is quiet, tranquil and feels safe. The property is immaculate from top to bottom. The bed is comfy and the room has a window with a bug net on so you can open it wide and let the fresh air in. The bathroom is really lovely, shower is amazing. The facilities were great, kettle, cups, tea/coffee, towels - couldn’t ask for much more. The code access was really easy to use and we could store our cases before check in. Over all fantastic stay. Definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone.

A comfortable modern apartment walking distance from the old town. It's very close to all main sights but at the same time it's located in a quiet residential area, so you can't hear any noise from the streets and can rest from the tourist crowds. It's a very safe and pretty neighbourhood, with a lovely park if you fancy a run in the morning, we really enjoyed staying there. The room is a decent size, everything's very new and immaculately clean.

Can't fault it, we really enjoyed our stay.

Freshly renovated and furnished, cosy and clean apartment. It’s well insulated and amply supplied with radiators so it’s always warm. Comfortable beds, all other furniture pieces and equipment are also quite handy. Located in a quiet neighborhood, right next to the historical centre. The host provides tea and coffee cups, and also there’s a big grocery shop within 5 minutes walk. Easy to check-in, host quickly reacts on requests.

First thing we noticed was the property was fantastically clean. The lobby and breakfast area was very well presented and the room was immaculate. The host was amazing, when we arrived gave us a map and explain where we were and where everything is. He gave us leaflets of the best things to do and showed us to our room. He also explained where to park. The breakfast was amazing, always left full. Special mention goes to the scrambled eggs, cheese and ham toastie and pain au chocolates.

Roadworks outside the property meant the parking facility was unavailable. It was a shame as it would have been convenient, although the roadworks were not noisy at all and there was alternative parking in adjacent roads. The host was again very helpful, explained where to park and gave us a blue permit which allowed 4 hours in nearby streets when we needed it.

* Super welcoming staff (a nice Belgium couple) who will happily share their love of the beautiful Bruges * Location is very convenient, not in the old Bruges per se, but you can walk from there and it was quite easy to park in the are * Very happy to find a comfortable suite with 2 bedrooms and a little balcony - we didn't have time to enjoy it, but it is a perfect spot to enjoy a beer after a long day of visit ! * Amazing breakfast (even if I would have enjoyed multigrain/whole bread) with super cute "verrines" : you can tell that the owners pay attention to every detail ! => I highly recommend it, and I plan to be back at the end of the year !

* Some noise at night (a guest left early, and the garages you can rent are located at the back, so the car literally drives on the other side of the wall) and we got an angry baby on our floor * Booking's attitude was dishonest: they refused to apply the "lowest price warrantee" using fallacious arguments as we booked it last minute => book it directly on the "La Maison Bruges" website, they deserve it !

Really nice room, very clean and modern. They offered coffee and tea. Location is also really good, quiet and in a 5-10 minutes walking distance to the city centre. To the central station you need 5 minutes with the bus. Self Check in was uncomplicated and really fast and they have also a safe possibility of luggage storage.

Beautiful B&B, located a short walk from the centre of Bruges. We wanted quiet space away from the city. Lovely room, we stayed in the 2 bedroom Cuberon. The mattress was divine (I’ve made a note of the supplier!), very comfortable & spacious rooms. Great bathroom. Our host even turned down our bed ready for us returning after dinner! Towels were changed after 1 day, which I wouldn’t necessarily expect for a 2 night stay. Breakfasts were exceptional! Beautifully presented fruit salads, the highest level scrambled eggs with streaky bacon. Tiny added details, elevated the standard. Excellent! Another plus on the location, was that the B&B was almost adjacent to the Number 9 bus stop, taking us directly to the station & city centre.

No negatives whatsoever

The location wasn't good and the room was in good function - generally the instructions were great and it felt quite safe!

The room was quite small, had everything that you needed but we stayed in two places, the second was bigger for the same price (but this was in Ghent so may just be based on location).
