Walking distance from the center. Very stilysh room on the last floor. Possible parking on the street right in front of the door. Automated check in and check out system.

Very dark room due to lack of proper lighting (we had to dissassemble the abajour cover to get a bit more brightness). EXTREMELLY annoying home automation system (click to toggle function, very sensible and with a 2s delay at times). Bathroom has no door and its all in glass, which results in a stylish room but little to no privacy. Very challenging to carry luggage up the stairs due to 2 narrow circular staircases. Little amount of free wall sockets.

We had such a lovely stay at this charming boutique hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—especially since we were able to bring our small dog along, which isn’t always easy to find. The room was beautifully designed, with a super comfortable bed that made for a perfect night's sleep. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was a little unclear at first, but a quick call to the friendly team sorted everything out in no time. One small thing to note is that the staircase is quite narrow and steep, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for some guests. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily visit again. We’ll definitely be recommending this little gem to friends and family! 💕🐾

Street parking is available, though depending on the time of day, you might have a short walk. That wasn't an issue for us at all but might be something to be aware of.

Very clean and unique

The free standing window covers were a health and safety hazard. I initially didn’t realise that window covers could fall if care is not taken. You really don’t need to place such heavy objects in a small room. You have already scored very high marks in my opinion with the way you have presented the room in a rustic minimalist design. The free standing window covers could have ended badly. The thing that actually upset me, was the lack of luggage storage after check out. This was an issue that could have been easily solved by providing lockers in the reception if you didn’t have staff to man your reception. Please don’t advertise that you have luggage storage when you clearly don’t!!!

This was a lovely little boutique room in a nice location. The room was very nicely decorated. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. It's close to the tram if needed, but only a short walk into the centre of Ghent.

It's a self check in service - so it took us a moment or two to figure out where we were meant to go and what we were meant to do. But we got there in the end. Instructions were clear (in hindsight)! A low beam above the bed meant we had to be careful manouvering in the dark .. The lighting in the room could be improved and it was a little tricky working out what switch turned which light on!

This is a cute boutique hotel with lots of charm. The check in process was easy using the iPad and key maker in the reception area. The rooms were lovely, and just like the pictures portrayed. People complained about it being dark, but that’s because of the paint and decorations which is on theme for this hotel. Good location with an easy walk to all the main tourist attractions.

The floors could have been cleaner, but this is an overall immaterial concern.

Our room was stylish and spacious and clean. It had a kettle which is a small feature but always great to see if you are a tea drinker. There was also a few help yourself breakfast provisions available in the reception area.

We stayed 3 nights and I did not see a single staff member all the time we were there. Checking in was the worst part, our QR code that made our room key didn't work and without the help of some other guests in the same situation we would have been stuck.

Room modern fitout and comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom open plan. Small room so fine for solo traveller. Might be too compact for more than 1 person. Tram stop to station less than 20 meters from front door. Convenient located to city centre. Exceptionally clean.

Didn’t see any staff for 2 nights visit. Helpful if reception manned during the day.

Room was fantastic and very chic. Excellent bed and covers. Spotlessly clean. Location is just outside of city centre near to bars and cafes. Breakfast, help yourself, worked great and likes the big jar of water in the room. Great bar to pick up a late cocktail. Restaurant looked great but did not try this time Check in and out was fast and simple on the computer and all information was sent before checkin Tip. If like me you checked out then remember you left keys in room don’t worry as key still worked!!

Few more coffees or a Nespresso in room. Windows could do with blinds as either neighbors see you getting changed or it is pitch black Tram was a pain at 7:00am with hangover but that is hardly the hotels fault..

Loved staying in this cute stylish boutique hotel, we only stayed one night and we were out for most of the day exploring Gent. The hotel is designed tastefully and very warm! Loved all the little details and charm. There’s a restaurant which we weren’t able to eat at because it was full but would love to experience next time!

The rooms are not very big, they look bigger in the photos however that didn’t take away from our experience

No staff on site, which was not advertised in description. There is a “digital butler” service which did not work. The self-service breakfast was not as described either. Simply coffee.
