Great, central location with comfy beds and a pool. The bar is also great - best Aperol Spritz we had in the whole of Belgium! And, overlooking the pool meant that we could have a beer while the kids splashed to their hearts content.

We arrived during the Ghent Festival which was brilliant, but unfortunately meant that we couldn't use the hotel car park - not the hotel's fault as the roads were closed but did make it difficult to get there. Just double check if you are going in July - the out of town Park and Rides are great though and easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.

Was surprised to see the hotel had an outdoor swimming pool which a lot of people / families were using when we arrived - an added bonus for a city hotel. Took taxi from station - 20 euro, when leaving Reception organised for us to share taxi to station. Huge room with large seating area - rare to have a spacious bedroom in hotels now. Check-in quick, helpful with info and orientation. When we came back at night the bar was closed but the night porter served us drinks from a drinks cooler at Reception. The hotel has 2 entrances - the one by the pool leads out to the main shopping street and the other to the area leading to the canal/river. Breakfast was very well organised - staff constantly cleaning up and replenishing food etc - very good selection including cooked food

location is perfect. right in the heart of the city. Having a closed parking lot is very good for those who come by car. The rooms are clean, the bathroom and the toilet are large enough. The shower gel and soaps used in the bathroom are of high quality. rituals brand. Ms. Zeynep at the reception has a very good relationship with the guests. Thanks to his directions, we were able to quickly experience the beautiful key places in the city. I liked the hotel in general, except for the price. The price is a little expensive. At least breakfast should have been included in this price.

Excellent hotel with an ideal price-quality ratio. The room is small, but clean and has everything you need for your stay. For example, a kettle, mini-fridge, safe and hairdryer. Very welcoming and friendly people at the reception. During our stay, we talked to three employees and they were all very friendly. The sauna works as it should, it gets to the temperature relatively quickly (15 minutes), the quality of execution is 4 out of 5, but for this price it is a sin to complain. The location is great, with the ability to go out on different sides of the street, depending on where you need to go. I really liked the hotel, it deserves more than 3 stars. I wish you inspiration in the new year, so that with small improvements the hotel will become an even more wonderful place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything. Entrances on two ends of the hotel so you can go out on two different streets depending on where you want to go. The rooms were a very good size. The shower was nice. There was a pool. And the hotel was connected to a bar and restaurant that were nice.

The only things I didn't like was that the A/C didn't work very well. It was very hot outside, and the room barely cooled things off. Also, the hotel is a little on the dated, or old, side.

Great location! The bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit small and too firm. The breakfast was tasty and a good price, and the 24 reception made for a seccure stay. Nice, fast wifi! Great water pressure for the shower. A great value for the price!

The room shows obvious signs of wear. Chipped paint, throughout the room, especially on corners.. The carpet thread bare in spots where it looks like the sofa would have ben opened for a 2nd bed. But still not enough to make me feel the room wasn't cared for.

The location was perfect! Within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly, and the parking was super convenient. We arrived late (around 10 PM) and had carefully navigate the pedestrian zone, but it was easy enough to find and well worth what we paid for it. If you are driving and choose to use their parking garage, be sure to listen to the reviews and bring a SMALL car - larger cars will not fit. There is also a fantastic outdoor pool! I'm not sure if it's heated but it was warm enough for my kids and they had a great time.

The beds were like a slab of rock. It was fine for the two nights we were there but I wouldn't be able to stay here for longer than that unfortunately. Even my kids mentioned the hard beds.

Excellent location and parking. Nice to sit outside to have a drink. Good cleaning and daily dry, clean towels Good breakfast, liked having a fresh banana and kiwi each morning. Pastries were delicious. Liked walking from hotel towards the square where markets were held, less busy and some great restaurants.

Music in bar area bit loud. Would be nice to buy ice creams as it was very hot. Hair dryer was totally useless, no heat or power and couldn't use.

Superb location, right in the historic centre of Ghent. The staff were so welcoming, so friendly and very helpful indeed. Our room was luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. I don't normally sleep well in hotel beds, but I did here. The room was very clean and the toiletries were really nice. The breakfast was great too. Easy to park, and the car park was fine, not too cramped if your car is normal sized, and you have spatial awareness and know how to drive and manoeuvre it correctly.

The only thing is that there is a rather limited menu at the bar. Don't misunderstand me, the food we did have was good quality, and the bar staff are lovely. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, but after a long journey it would be nice to have the option of a proper meal on the first evening. It isn't a criticism, more a suggestion that it would be great to have more food available in the evening.

Location was super handy. Room was nice enough.

Downside of the location is that we heard loud music and drunk people screaming until the early morning hours, even though the windows were closed. I guess the sound isolation is pretty poor. Although the room was fine for our purposes, it looked like it still has the spackled walls from the 80s and worn, chipped paint, etc. giving it a bit more of a budget feel.
