Beautiful historical building with modern and clean rooms. Nice restaurant on site. We had a large family room that accommodated comfortably our family of 4. Good buffet breakfast. Brilliant location in a quiet area very close to Arenberg Castle, it's park and it's university campus. Free parking available on the street nearby and private paid parking in the hotel garage also avaliable.

Just a few small things. All the pillows were thick and firm, not quite our preference. The family room we had was located on the first floor and, because the building is very old, it doesn't have any elevator. Furthermore the stairs are a bit narrow.

This is a very nice hotel. Place is very quiet. Breakfast was excellent. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel, bus #2, direct connection to downtown and train station. I would certainly choose the same hotel next time I travel to Leuven.

I met 5 members of the staff. Three extremely professional, at the registration desk and at the bar - coffee and tea for breakfast. Two really not do much, the personnel taking care of the rooms. Knocked very hard on my door, one right after I arrived looking for a phone. The day of the departure, while I was packing and still had time to check out, knocked again quite hard and I think immediately placed the key in the door. But: overall my experience at the hotel was very positive.

Very large room with a comfortable bed and high ceiling. The building is clearly very old and has been converted. Decent restaurant on site with pleasant dining room and good value breakfast, well above average. In a nice location next to attractive parks. It was quiet overnight and I slept well. Secure underground carpark with a designated area for bikes.

The layout of the room was unusual presumably due to the conversion. The shower over the bath wasn't the best design - awkwardly positioned with the hose from the tap being too short (no separate shower). The bathroom is essentially open to the room behind 2m wall. The room was pretty dark even in sunlight with only one smallish window.

Excellent check-in, very friendly staff showed us to our room. Very spacious and spotlessly clean upon arrival. Professional breakfast crew, hot beverages served at the table, always wih a smile! Breakfast itself with a large variety of delicacies, and a variety of bread as well. The room cleaning staff from Nigeria did a good job and were friendly and humorous guys!

WiFi in our room was poor ... very weak signal.

The rooms were large and well equipped. The location in the University was beautiful and provided much space for walks and fresh air. The breakfast was attentively served with a good choice of hot and cold foods.

The heating in the rooms were all set to frost protect on arrival and, although it took very little time to heat the rooms, it would have been better if the heating had been turned on prior to arriving in the rooms.

We loved the bath tub The room was big with all we needed Good and healthy breakfast, with plant milk and margarine as vegan options The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and good prices. Quick access from the highway, good to avoid heavy traffic near the center

Vegan milk or margarine were not available the first day but they brought some soy milk by request. Bread, cereals and jam weren't clearly labeled if vegan or not. Pretty pricy for a 3 star hotel but I guess these are the prices in the area

Needed a last minute room after a booking mistake in another hotel (my fault). Stayed here before and it's a good 3 star in a green neighborhood near Arenberg castle. Historic building also.

Not much to dislike. My room was quiet but I don't think the sound isolation is same as in modern hotels. Breakfast is basic but fine. There is not much parking right outside the property and the underground was full but free parking on the streets nearby.

Outstanding large modern rooms in historic building, spacious bathroom area in the room, nice bar and restaurant included - très chic!

Room under the attic is super, with only one little disadvantge of having only one little window due to architectural reasons, more and brighter lighting concept would improve the great rooms! Matresses a little soft and no longer the newest ones?

The room was a modern studio in a separte building, not expected if you look at the main building. Breakfast was extensive with wide choice and very good quality.

Parking facilities at the hotel; you have yo pay extra to park in a parking garage which has an interesting entry/exit. You have to walk through the rain to get to the breakfast room.

The room was super big and the bed was very comfortable

My room was very hot with no air con that I could see plus there was only a bath so made washing my hair tricky as I did not want to get the floor wet. Also the service at the restaurant outside was very slow. Pretty location and staff were friendly and breakfast was wide range for a continental breakfast
