This hotel deserves a higher overall score than it currently has on Booking.com. Yes, it is dated, in need of a refurbishment and the gym equipment is out of the 1970s. Yes, the breakfast also needs improvement or at least a bit more variety. But this hotel was really quite fine overall. The Wifi worked well (in the rooms only), the bed was comfortable and the staff were really friendly and helpful. I understand why some people are disappointed in this hotel, particularly those who come on vacation, but I found everything quite nice overall. The location is excellent, the view of the sea outstanding and the park next to the hotel very nice with plenty of cheap, excellent food stalls available. I would stay here again.

The gym equipment needs to be upgraded as it can be a little dangerous with such outdated equipment, some of which was not functional. The breakfast was fine for what it was, but could use some more variety and more local options.

Breakfast was good each morning. View is beautiful. The location is great close to a lot of local bars, and restaurants. A short walk to a park full of vendors that sell food. And located water front so the Ocean breeze is priceless.

They could update the furniture and building. From the outside it's nothing to look at really, but it is comfortable with a little AC and staff was great and very attentive, cable and wifi was good to have, plus it has a casino and club so entertainment was close.

My stay in this hotel was immaculate, I had a great time in the restaurant with my family. We took some nice drinks by the vogue bar, and enjoyed our night there we also slept comfortably in my room that had a beautiful view of the sea, the pool was amazing and relaxing I had a great time with family

During my stay I met several staff members that were friendly and made me feel comfortable during my stay. Bertha and Rixi both were exceptional ladies that provided me with great experience while my stay at Ramada.

I was very disappointed with Ramadas gym. Most of all the exercise equipment was broken!

Close to the port / terminal station, had its own entertainment center! We were here for the cinema! We had a good time watching Moana 2 in English (not Spanish like in most neighboring countries).

Room is outdated, could use a little upgrade.

My wife and I stayed for one night. We visited the casino and had some drinks at the bar. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are comfortable with a beautiful view. I will return soon.

Breakfast was basic but good (would like more hot sauce options) Room clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Location very centralized and loved that there was a movie theater inside the facility!!

hotel could provided options to call for other food places to deliver. only one restaurant on site. and only provided 1 bottle of water in room and have to pay for additional ones.

It was an older hotel that was well maintained. It had an excellent swimming pool, casino and the only cinema in Belize City.

The bar restaurant was poorly designed sitting out in the open of the lobby.

Had a meeting in the city and work next day. I enjoyed being able to have a good night rest and waking up to good internet to catch up with work and the breakfast that followed.
