The room was very clean & comfortable beds, good WiFi, extremely friendly staff. Jose, and his bother , Ken and Barry were very helpful with any request we made. The food in the restaurant was so good! Lots of amenities so you really don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. They had a sunset cruise, snorkeling and kayaks to name a few. Beautiful dock!

The hotel is a little far from downtown if you plan to do a lot in San Pedro. If you want the seclusion then it’s perfect. If you plan to do a lot in San Pedro they do have a boat that leaves in the morning and does an afternoon pick up or you can rent a golf cart. The golf cart ride is about 50 mins ( it can be apart of the adventure plenty of places to stop and check out)

Beautiful property. Very serene beachfront. The room was modern, clean, cool, comfy, and quite cute. The staff was amazing. Joe was everywhere ready to serve. Front desk team was amazing. The driver Denis was on point with his driving skills very pleasant. 😊

The mosquitoes were relentless. The drive from the ferry was no fun. Very relieved once we arrived on property.

Location was beautiful and the staff was amazing! The taste of Belize was incredible.

Tough to get to however that is part of the charm. A little pricey. I felt more amenities should have been included. We should have been given the opportunity to book some things ourselves.

The beach is beautiful and hotel is nice

The hotel is a bit far away from airport, and there are only 2 boats a day that go to and from San Pedro. If the time of the boat doesn't work for your flight, you have to either wait a long time, or pay for a pretty uncomfortable and long (like 1+ hour) taxi ride

property was great. Since this was a soft opening, they are still working out a few kinks. The crew that work there are dedicated enough that I’m sure by the time the grand opening comes in May do you wanna have everything worked out. I would go back.

first of all everything is new that was nice. The two swimming pools are great and the atmosphere of the place made it a wonderful vacation.

Property was beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean. Like a home away from home. Only down side was getting to and from the resort it far from town and other activities...

Distance to other things. Margaritaville is pretty far out.

Going to a Margaritaville Resort has been on my bucket list for a while. It was beautiful and the staff were amazing.

There weren't many people staying at the resort. I didn't know it was the start of the slow season.

New facility. The staff was amazing! Very V friendly and helpful…. Wonderful. Gorgeous views.

It was a little far away from everything so unless you drive into town over an hour away, the food options are limited. I wish they would alternate the menu.

The property was very clean andwell-maintained.

The only thing I didn’t like about our stay at this resort was the kitchen was not outfitted for cooking.

The environment was peaceful calm and tropical. The staff were all so friendly and helpful
