The property is right on the beach, can be easily navigated. The hotel office, the parking lot, the room, the beach, the pool, and The Dog House were all a 1 minute walk or less. It’s all very convenient and beautiful. The Dog House was a wonderful restaurant- we ate there at least 6 times and all the food was delicious. It’s casual with friendly and extremely personable bar staff who learned our names. The property is just a few minutes from other great restaurants and it’s a very quick ride to the bridge into town. The beach in front of the hotel was raked every morning, so the seaweed was minimal and very manageable in February. We even found a few shells! The office staff were impressively responsive on WhatsApp. They helped me have an effortless, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation during a tremendously difficult time in my life. It turned out to be my personal favorite vacation ever. Tres Cocos staff took care of my Tropic Air round trip flights, my golf cart rental for the week, my from and back to the airport - not because of my recent loss; this is just what they do. I was so grateful and relieved that they took all of this off my plate. The whole thing went off without a hitch; a very good system! We loved the iguanas who hang out around the pool! I could go on and on about our trip to San Pedro. I’m sure we’ll be back and I’m sure we’ll choose Tres Cocos again.

The location was perfect; so easy to get around on the golf cart (that was on site when we arrived.) The paid option of having beer and water stocked in the refrigerator prior to our arrival was a bonus. Tres Cocos had excellent communication with me months prior to the trip when I wanted to confirm the amenities that were available in the unit. The Dog House restaurant on the property was delicious and convenient. We like the option of asking for housekeeping (full or partial) during our stay. We did 1 full cleaning in the middle of our week there. The quiet hours were honored by the other guests. We were absolutely delighted with our stay.

The water pressure in the MBR (we were in a 2 BR apartment) could be improved a bit.

The front desk staff is so pleasant. Our luggage was brought to the room. Brian showed us how to put on the cable service. You can connect your Firestick as well. This room was huge and clean. Brian also help us set-up the hammock on the balcony. I had ordered snacks, ice, water and the romantic package and it was all in the room when we got there. We received welcome drinks as well. Also, I requested a golf cart and that came without an issue as well. Using a code for the room made it much easier than using a key. They were accessible through Watsapp and that's amazing. They helped us with restaurant options. They also offered massages, maybe next time. Anything you need, you can contact the front desk and they will try their best to accommodate you. I was so appreciative of this top-notch service. The location is great, just grab a golf cart and head to Secret Beach, it closes at 5pm. Also please bring enough cash, like $600 USD in $1, $5, $10 and some $20's...which is $1200 BZE. The exchange rate fee on your bank card is a killer.

The standing shower is small, no tub, but you can make it work.

Love the proximity to town yet being north of the bridge. We also loved all of the staff members and it was awesome having a bar on site!

Only disappointment was that we faced the street side, so it was quite loud in the back bedroom.

Peaceful, oceanfront location just north of the bridge. Close enough to town (still need a golf cart). Excellent service from the staff. Great showers with plenty of hot water. Good dive shop. Will stay there again.

Mattresses could be more comfortable.

Like the proximity to the ocean and the pool and the restaurant. Staff made the place so nice each day with the upkeep needed to keep a tropical place looking great.

There are some residents of the place that make it look a bit "lived in".

I love when I book a place and it looks just like the pictures! We had an ocean front room (though I didn't recall booking a two-bedroom - so I overpaid for that - we just needed the one). The apartment was well-appointed - and the bed was comfortable. Lots of towels and they would replace them whenever you requested! Also came with big 5 gal jug of water that they replaced as needed, too. The restaurant on site was great - and the one up the beach too. The pool is small but perfect. I loved this location, too.

The apartment had only salt and pepper - I never really understand why places can't keep some basic spices and oil. The unit is also close to the restaurant, so can get louder if you want to crash early. Truly not a bit issue! Also, be aware that these beaches are not really swimmable due to the seaweed issue - so you have to go out on a boat - or out to Secret Beach to get in the water!

The facilities were excellent and the unit I stayed in was perfect. I liked that is was smaller, not so huge. The location was perfect...(proximity to town and to the beach) Having a restaurant and pool on site was also nice.

We enjoyed being a little away from the hustle and bustle of the main town.

The garbage washing in from the ocean. We understand keeping up on that must be difficult & certainly the garbage was not by Tres Cocos. But it was a damper for sure m.
