It was a pleasant stay with modern furniture that suited our needs the inclusion of sofa beds allowed us to room more freely giving us that extra bit of relaxation. The staff and receptionists were extremely helpful providing us with places to visit and eat whilst on our. All in All a great apartment to sleep in at.

If I had to criticise something it would be the lack of a microwave in the apartment to heat our food up when needed especially since alot of it was packed. When we entered the room there wasn't any water bottles to drink at the ready which could also be one petty complaint. Other than that there was nothing to be worried about

We arrived out of season, we were afraid that we won't get the same quality service, especially the breakfast as this can happen to out of season guests. To our surprise, the breakfast was very sufficient, the rooms are clean, spacious apartment, perfect for 2, secure parking lot. Very friendly staff, I say if you have a car don't think twice _ this hotel is really a family

The view was great .the neighborhood was very quiet.the apartment was good .staff were friendly especially Mr.Esmir who made our staying very comfortable.

The bed rooms has no air conditioning.the cleaning staff needs to give more attention to cleaning rooms

The Staff was extremely friendly, educated and spoke a perfect English and still extremely helpfull regarding informations I have asked. The room I had was very Modern clean and silent; I am extremely sensible to noises and I barely heard the steps above me, but I could anyhow sleep very well. The breakfast was amazing!

Actually only the parking lots outside, along the street were a bit difficult to use beacuse in an extreme slope, maybe the hotel is not well connected with the rest of the city, but I was there just one night to better understand if the bus connections were fine or not, but it was told me, better with car instead of bus

Very nice hotel. Perfect for long business trips and for staying with family. Well equipped and designed rooms, all furniture is completely new and cozy. Internet, breakfast and heating system are also OK. Free parking is available. The way to the center (we used parking at SCC business center to access downtown) takes about 10 min by car.

This is my second time staying at this property, and each time I'm pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the premises. It's located slightly outside the city, about a 10-minute drive, but the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, without much vehicle noise. The bed is excellent. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, with very comfortable beds that made for a great night's sleep. The staff, Izmir & Amir, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was a nice bonus, offering a good variety of tasty options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The hotel was exceptional. The apartment we stayed in was very nicely furnished. Everything was cousy, new and very clean. The personal was great as well. Guys on the reception were available 0-24 for everything you need. They called cab for us, pointed us where can we find stuff we asked for etc... The breakfast menu was great, it is delivered to your room at the excact time you ask on reception and again it is delicious. The hotel also has parking available which was very important to us. The neighbourhood is very quiet. Next time I'm in Sarajevo I'll definetly stay here again.

I really can't find any downside to this hotel. So if you're considering staying here just book it and you will not regreat.

We travel with motorcycles, opportunity for parking under covered garage was importrant for us. Breakfast was nice, with wide range of offerings. Natural juice is rather rarely in hotels offering, coffe is great, pastries are fresh. Beds are really confortable, there were enough number of power sockets. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. I will definitely choose this place again in the future.

The room was rather small, but this was known beforehand. Due to size of the room, there was lack of wardrobe places. Sound isolation is average (but this doesnt bother us). No real complain.

The staff were just amazing as was the room and the breakfast. If you visit Sarajevo, this hotel is perfect. It is only 3-4kms from the City Centar and a quick cheap ride in a taxi. Thank you so much. We just loved it. 😁😁😁
