I really enjoyed my stay at Apart Hotel Family,it was perfect for a family getaway. The location is in a very quiet and peaceful area, and the apartment felt like a 5-star hotel. It was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essentials. The reception staff were also very kind and helpful, which made our stay even better. If we visit Sarajevo again, I would definitely stay at Apart Hotel Family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.

It was a pleasant stay with modern furniture that suited our needs the inclusion of sofa beds allowed us to room more freely giving us that extra bit of relaxation. The staff and receptionists were extremely helpful providing us with places to visit and eat whilst on our. All in All a great apartment to sleep in at.

If I had to criticise something it would be the lack of a microwave in the apartment to heat our food up when needed especially since alot of it was packed. When we entered the room there wasn't any water bottles to drink at the ready which could also be one petty complaint. Other than that there was nothing to be worried about

Very friendly staff that guided us through our first visit in Sarajevo. The room was super clean and felt very modern. We felt very welcomed by all of the staff. True hospitality from the heart.

It’s not the best location and we were warned by other locals that it’s not the best location for tourists. But we never had any problems when we were walking in the area. We would definitely return to this hotel if we travel to Sarajevo again.

Extremely friendly staff, great breakfast considering the amount of guests that are in the hotel. Additionally, the apartment we stayed at was comfy and had lots of space. Would visit again

the lack of cutlery, for instance, both knives where dull, and there was only 2 glasses and cups for an apartment ment for 3 people. Not a huge deal, so again stay here if you are considering.

Good clean site , Helpful staff. 15 -20 mnt taxi to old town. Mosque is just opposite, which is great . .

Breakfast needs to be improved. Same Breakfast everyday.. Lift is inconvenient., need to climb stairs to get lift , bit difficult with kids pram .

We arrived out of season, we were afraid that we won't get the same quality service, especially the breakfast as this can happen to out of season guests. To our surprise, the breakfast was very sufficient, the rooms are clean, spacious apartment, perfect for 2, secure parking lot. Very friendly staff, I say if you have a car don't think twice _ this hotel is really a family

The view was great .the neighborhood was very quiet.the apartment was good .staff were friendly especially Mr.Esmir who made our staying very comfortable.

The bed rooms has no air conditioning.the cleaning staff needs to give more attention to cleaning rooms

This is my second time staying at this property, and each time I'm pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the premises. It's located slightly outside the city, about a 10-minute drive, but the neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, without much vehicle noise. The bed is excellent. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel. Perfect for long business trips and for staying with family. Well equipped and designed rooms, all furniture is completely new and cozy. Internet, breakfast and heating system are also OK. Free parking is available. The way to the center (we used parking at SCC business center to access downtown) takes about 10 min by car.

The Staff was extremely friendly, educated and spoke a perfect English and still extremely helpfull regarding informations I have asked. The room I had was very Modern clean and silent; I am extremely sensible to noises and I barely heard the steps above me, but I could anyhow sleep very well. The breakfast was amazing!

Actually only the parking lots outside, along the street were a bit difficult to use beacuse in an extreme slope, maybe the hotel is not well connected with the rest of the city, but I was there just one night to better understand if the bus connections were fine or not, but it was told me, better with car instead of bus
