The hotel restaurant need to improve the quality of the food and the breakfast

The hotel is well located and beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, kind and nice. The bed is maybe the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The hotel has 4 elevators and we never waited for longer than 30 seconds, that was a huge plus. The view from the rooms is magnificent and the rooms are very spacious and nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. The food at breakfast was amazing. The spa is also great, not crowded at all with a lot of options and a great place to relax and enjoy. Overall, an amazing experience, we will definitely come back.

Nothing i didn’t like

Breakfast was good - fresh and high quality. However, having the same things everyday was a little boring. Maybe try changing things around?

While we were very satisfied with our stay, I feel a little deep cleaning is essential - there was dust in the wall panels and water stains (that wouldn't clean) on the counter tops of all bathrooms. We changed rooms on the last night due to internet issues and saw the same thing in the the new room as well. Finally the pillows need to be changed if possible - they were not the most comfortable.

The Swissôtel was fantastic, but what truly set it apart was the exceptional staff. Breakfast was excellent, and the team—including Dragana, Ammina, Selma, Emir, Nedal, and Lamya, to name just a few—were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, helpful, and highly professional, consistently going above and beyond to make our holiday and breakfast experience truly memorable.

I had a wonderful time at the Swiss Hotel in Sarajevo, and I want to share my experience! Everything was truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly kind and professional, always ready to help and make the stay even more enjoyable. The SPA area amazed me. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the services were exceptional. Azra gave me a fantastic massage that completely rejuvenated me – I felt like a new person afterward. If you're looking for a place to fully relax and enjoy, I highly recommend the SPA center at the Swiss Hotel. All praise to the entire team!

The pillows in the bed were too soft for me.

The hotel location is very nice it’s close by to all the facilities you need in Sarajevo. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel services is very nice. The breakfast choices was great. The room I stayed in was comfortable and large compared to the other hotels. Extremely recommended. I am definitely coming back to the same hotel next time.

The parking valet cost 30 marks a day

Location is Excellent ... Staff are Great ... Breakfast and coffee is also Good

The Beds are not comfortable at all ... And the pillows are tough and with odd size and Shape ... It kicked out my allergy the next morning of what is used inside the case.

I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff! Everyone from check-in to valet to breakfast to checkout was incredible. The room was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming and the bathroom was perfectly lit (for anyone who understands this is important) and the shower was 10/10. I loved the body soap smell and if using the hotel shampoo/condition isn’t your thing, the beautiful mall is right there with a store you can get all your necessities at. I come to Sarajevo often and will be staying here again. It has a high price tag, but the location alone would be worth it. The view from the room was 10/10. A true testament to the Accor brand.
