They allowed me an early check-in I asked for. It is a busines-friendly hotel with available scanner, printer and copy.

When I asked what is the closing time for gym, the receptionist lady glanced and just said: “Gym is for hotel guests only”. Just because I am Bosnian speaking Bosnian, am I not worthy to be a guest of this hotel? Why would anyone assume I am not a hotel guest just because I am Bosnian? That was really (and i mean REALLY) disappointing.

The property was in a good location and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were stocked with tea and coffee (including creamer), body lotion and conditioner. Gym was well equipped with towels and water refill. It was Easter weekend and a nice touch was the little cakes they put out for people

Very good location in-between the old town and the government buildings SCC. The hotel was clean, and we made good use of the restaurant and var facilities.

There was a large event which took over the restaurant.... some tables should have been reserved for the hotrl guests.

We liked the excellent staff (especially at breakfast), the location, the coffee machine in the room, spacious room and bathroom. We would definitely return and we'd fully recommend this hotel!

It's just a little bit loud. You can easily hear people from nearby rooms, their closing of doors, the traffic (our room was facing the front of the hotel - very nice view, but on a working day early morning traffic). It's not a big deal, but that's the only negative thing I can think of about this nice hotel.

Amazingly friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Ms Dzenita from the reception. All information, best recommendations, either by restaurants, shops, sites, the best way for transportation inside Sarajevo, between cities and return home. And how keen to make sure we got the information even when we were a bit careless to follow up. We haven’t seen anything like this before.

Been here a few times before. Hotel is walking distance to the old city. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was great and staff always going out of their way! Rooms are clean and comfortable! Thanks to the Marriott team (Sarajevo) for surprising my son with some birthday cake.

The location was excellent, close to active areas and shopping malls. Special thanks to the receptionist team ( Mrs. DAJAXIA ) she was very kind and made exceptional arrangements for us by allowing us to check in early at 09:00 and 11:00.

Big modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. One of the rare hotels in Sarajevo where dogs are allowed. Great central location, bar on the top floor, I can definitely recommend it.

Breakfast selection is subpar for hotel of this rank and price for dogs is 50€ per stay, that is ok if you are staying for multiple days, but if you are staying only one night then it's quite steep.

Breakfast was delicious with an excellent facilities.

I wanted to have dinner at the hotel in the dining hall. We were not permitted because the hall was reserved for the Airlines staff. the receptionist guided us to another smaller hall with an attached bar inside. We do not like to stay with an adjacent bar so we found it a bit unpropper. try to manage the guidance of the clients in a way that satisfaction of all clients is a major goal.

Room is very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Chairs in foyer beside the elevator are very comfortable to work with laptop.

Window was a bit stained. Also would be nice to have plain black tea in the room - there were only green and herbal.
