The hotel looks wonderful. It is new and literally one minute away from the city center. Also, the staff is kind and helpful. All in all, we really liked it and it is a great choice when visiting Sarajevo.

I think the breakfast could be improved with more non-sugar options, they have way too many cakes, chocolate croissants, pastry etc. I wish they had a larger variety of fresh vegetables ane less canned food (or not at all). Also, it is pretty difficult to reach it by car, there might be a problem with the hotel’s location on waze/google maps, we went on circle for 30 minutes, but that is not their fault.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy access to the city. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was fun as we meet others. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Sarajevo.

The hotel is small, but very clean and well kept. It is a bit of a hike uphill, so pack good climbing shoes! But I like the location, because it's in City Center and really close the bazar, but far-enough away from the hustle of the city that it's nice and quiet. The breakfast was solid and the employees were friendly and accommodating.

There was a family with two small children in the room next to me; I woke up when they woke up, which was earlier than I'd have liked. So yes, this place isn't sound-proof. But that wasn't necessarily the staff's fault, and I didn't make a fuss.

Good parking for motorbike. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful..especially the checking in man who was concerned for me when another biker started spouting off verbally in an aggressive way. We didn’t make breakfast so can’t comment on that. Bedroom was huge and very comfortable with large bathroom and free toiletries. Not too far from the old town.

The shower was great but the drainage bit wasn’t installed deep enough for the water to run away..you needed to keep your eye on it so it didn’t flood the floor.

The room is very big. It also had a fridge. Our view was the city. The city hall is very close and the center is very close. From the center at the hotel you have to walk a big uphill but it is fine. The problem is if you have a car, because the road is narrow, with rocks and the uphill is very steep. The breakfast is ok ( but some hot things like the eggs or the sausages weren't hot even though they kept them separate from the cold things. From the other side, the cold things' temperature war the rooms'temperature. ) But everything was fresh and tasty. At the check out they gave us some trational sweets very kind move so thank you very much.

Our room wasn't clean enough. For example, they have a glass at the bathroom, which supposed to be steriled and sealed in a bag. We had to wash the glass because it was dirty from toothpast. Also, one of the pillows had some black marks. We had to pay cash due to a problem at the pos, I hope that it was just for us and it is not something they do generally.

No smoking and you never smelled smoke in the hotel. I stayed 5 nights and found this to be a very comfortable hotel with good facilities and staff. It was extremely clean and quiet and is located close to the city center of the Old Town. Great breakfast selection! I would definitely stay again.

I would only advise that it is up a steep hill to reach it. This is something to consider if you have a problem with steep, uneven surfaces.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the historic center. The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and generous. The staff were super friendly – a big thank you to Adin for his great tips on places to visit and local restaurants! The atmosphere was calm, check-in/check-out were quick, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Great value for money. I highly recommend it!

Hotel staff, specially Adna (I think the name means a pleasure), made everything good. She was very helpful and even drove the car for us when we had problems because of the very narrow roads. Her smile and kindness made every day a good day. The hotel has,as well, a nice location with lot of good restaurants and a history in every step.

I would recomment to put a sign with the hotel name on the top of the house. We had difficulties in finding the hotel ( after asking people around and trying to find it in our GPS we were thinkink if it was a fake hotel, but surely it is not)

Location was good. The room size was good. The service was nice. We felt safe and welcomed.

The airblower (stopped working after second use) and lamp next to the bed didnt work. I also did not like that the mattress was devided. For a couple its a little irittating. Breakfast was ok. Not a huge choice regarding bread and warm dishes.

Great location just a short walk from the old town. Room was comfortable with a great view over the city. The breakfast was great, plenty of variety on offer. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The property is on a steep cobbled road, making access for those with injuries or disabilities a challenge.
