Great location, very nice staff, clean room, very attractive price. My room was small but I spent time outside so it wasn't a problem. The bathroom is large and clean. Good wifi connection. There are no glasses or kettle in the room, but you don't need it, because a minute's walk from the hotel there are plenty of cafes with delicious coffee. 24-hour reception and helpful staff. Payment only in cash, but you can also pay in euro. I'm very satisfied and will choose this hotel again next time in Sarajevo.

Great location, excellent value, and friendly staff. Bed and bathroom were clean, which is really all I want in a hotel!

Sometimes noise (from other guests?) could get a bit loud. Closing the window helped immensely, but because there’s no AC this was a tradeoff. (That said—the noise never got so bad as to disrupt my sleep!)

Although non-smoking policy hotel, I couldn't sleep bcuz of the smell of lower floor guests smoking , the smell was making me to wake up at 6 am. No wardrobe, hook or anything to hang my clothes

Clean, and modern and very affordable for a solor traveller. Kettle I could use to make my coffee. Reception guy was really helpful.

Need to ask for towels as they're were small but they gave. Also toiletries had to ask but was no issues. Little up hill but easily done as enjoyed the scenery.

Excellent location (though, a bit hard to find). Super friendly staff that accommodated me when I asked to stay another night. Quiet place to sleep well. Fantastic value. 100% recommended!!!

Centrally located and clean, everything provided. Kettle is behind reception. Good to bring your coffee sachets as they only have green tea options. But really helpful staff and excellent value for money.

Everything was good

From my first interactions with the staff, asking questions via the app to being greeted so kindly by the receptionist - I think her name was Samira, I felt valued and welcomed. She went above and beyond trying to seek out transport for me to Srebrenica - I'm truly grateful. The location is also outstanding. Only a few minutes to Baščaršija and Sarajevo's other interesting landmarks.

The shower had no doors, so the water sprayed around the bathroom.

close to the old town center ( Baščaršija , Sebilj ) about five min walk , close tram station , handy shops and caffe's around can't complain,clean and quiet raisonable prices would stay again

The staff was awesome, very kind and helpful, they even let us leave our car there for the day when we checked out and went about around the Sarajevo, location is great, just the few minutes from the baščaršija

Perfect location, good price and free parking. Apparently famous pizza place a block away just at the cemetery.

Had a room to the street and some guest talking outside late at night (not hotel's fault). Some minor things should be taken care of like hard to open door locks or broken fixture for the shower head. But still happy for the price I paid.
