host was extremely nice and willing to help. he was at the property twice when we were there and seemed very involved. shared bathroom facilities were clean and spacious while the room is on the smaller side, it is still good value for what you pay. right next to the stalls and central tourist area of sarajevo and the windows open fully which is good for some air in the day time. there is a wall decorated full of travelers letters and notes from other countries. it was a very nice addition! shops and bakeries nearby too. just bear in mind it is around 8 separate rooms and two good shared bathrooms. like a little hostel!

our only issue was we couldn’t seem to work the aircon, but we just opened the windows and it wasn’t too bad, thank you!

I'm very pleased with my stay at this place, and the high rating is absolutely well-deserved. The location couldn't be more central—right next to all the city's main attractions, with lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. The room was neat and clean, and the shared bathrooms were also clean; I never had to wait in line. There's a small kitchen where you can make tea, for example, and a shared fridge. I arrived late and received detailed, thorough instructions on how to check in. Since I left early and came back late, I didn't interact with the host in person, but I received full support and excellent communication from him. Damir is a person who loves what he does and respects his guests—you can feel that in every aspect.

I stayed for one night and really loved the place! It felt very original and beautifully designed. As someone traveling alone, I appreciated how safe and comfortable it felt. The self-check-in system with no staff around was actually a unique and interesting experience — it made everything feel very smooth and private. The toilets were exceptionally clean and the entire place was well-maintained. I definitely recommend it, especially for solo travelers looking for a peaceful stay.

The only thing I found a bit unusual was that, although I had a double bed, only one side was made with bed linen. But thinking about it, it probably makes sense for energy saving and sustainability — especially for just a one-night stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place, particularly for solo travelers looking for a peaceful and secure experience.

The room is perfectly located — close to everything: public transport, shops, and right next to the Old City. Damir, the person in charge, was very friendly and helpful. He gave me all the details I needed for a smooth self check-in, which was especially appreciated since I arrived late. I really appreciated his kindness and attention to detail. The host was very welcoming, friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful. He could not do enough to help, which I really appreciated. The room was basic but I expected that, however, there are helpful extras like umbrellas, hairdryers, bottled water which I thought was good considering basic, cheap accommodation. The location is the highlight of this place, excellent view over pigeon square, perfect access to the streets, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Loved my stay in Sarajevo, a beautiful place.

The only thing was that due to there being a smoking area on the stairs of the property, it felt like it came up the stairs and to the rooms a little.

Perfect location and great communication with Damir the host - very friendly and uncomplicated! It’s very well maintained and the facilities are clean. Wifi worked perfectly all the time and the value for money is just amazing.

The only downside is how certain people left the shared bathrooms - flooded and dirty even though there is equipment available to clean after oneself. Sharing requires a certain respect so please be considerate if you choose this room category.

In superb location tucked right in tourist spots like old town. Stone away from restaurants, cafe and groceries.. very close to tram and bus stations. Room are clean and comfortable on my 4 days 4 nights stay. The host Damir goes beyond, he shows warmth welcome and did help in his most possible ways. Tnx for lending me the EU adapter and providing checkin in instructions and bus inputs connection to Serbia. Good job! Highly recommended.

A comfortable and well-equipped hostel in a perfect location. Damir is a kind and attentive host who maintains the place well. It is probably unbeatable in terms of value for money in Sarajevo. I can only recommend it.

If your room overlooks the fountain in the city center, unfortunately, it also comes with the city center's traffic... For those sensitive to noise, earplugs are recommended, as the morning traffic can wake you up early. (I am definitely sensitive to noise, and although I anticipated that the place wouldn't be quiet – I decided to bring earplugs for the view and the location: I still say it was worth it!)

Damir is an exceptionally superb host. Not only was he very friendly and willing to negotiate on your timing of checking in and out, but he was also very helpful in providing tips on the whereabouts. The location is excellent. Truly at the heart of the Old Town! And the tram is just a few steps away! And the cleanliness is just 5-star.

Fantastic location right by the old town, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the place itself was very clean. The air con in the rooms is definitely a blessing in the summer! The kitchen facilities were also very handy - there's a small supermarket just around the corner, as well as obviously lots of places to eat out.

It's situated next to a pretty busy road, so it can be a bit noisy when there's traffic. Worth it for the location, just remember to bring some earplugs!
