Breakfast was fabulous. Staff were exceptional & helped us find the taxi pick-up location and negotiate a fair meter rate. Location was excellent.

Batteries for TV remote had expired. There was no coffee available for early morning risers. The airport shuttle advertised was only available for an additional fee of 20 euros.

The location is fantastic and the room is very cute! Lots of toiletries left in the room which was greatly appreciated! Breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff were lovely!

The room facing the back alleyway faces a pub that plays the radio outside very loudly, even when the pub is closed. Luckily I quite liked the music and slept with earplugs but if you are sensitive to noise then this might bother you. I imagine that pub can get quite busy in the summer so the noise would be annoying.

Everything was perfect and breakfast is made on request and it was more than expected. I am not a small talker and the warm gestures of staff members made me very comfortable. The ground floor of the hotel is a restaurant (also the breakfast place) and they serve good food ;-)

Please note that there is no freezer in the room, which I didn't mind for the winter season.

Unfortunately there was no bidet nozzle for muslim people.

I just cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Apart from being a beautiful, small boutique hotel with clean and beautifully decorated rooms, it was extremely well located on the edge of the old town close to the Latin Bridge. I would like to particularly comment on the staff who were warm, courteous, cheerful and helpful from the moment we arrived and met our airport transfer. The breakfasts were fabulous and the cafe where breakfast was served was such a lovely setting and very relaxing. We returned home today and I miss Sarajevo already. I would love to return one day and would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Thank you for your hospitality Hotel Malo Duse.

Great location. Wonderful hotel. Exceptional workers. The breakfast is top-notch, one of the best inclusive hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The coffee is perfect. Probably the best desserts in Baščaršija in their cafe. Beds were very comfortable, rooms clean. Slippers available in closet. Definitely staying here again.

My colleague said the only negative thing was not being able to adjust the heat in the rooms, it was hot. My colleague slept upstairs and his room was much warmer since there was only one small window to vent. My room on the lower floor had two big ones so I slept with them open and it was good for me. We only stayed one night here, so we didn't get a chance to inform the staff, but if we did I'm sure the staff would have fixed this issue for him.

A lovely quirky little hotel located in the very heart of the Old Town. Great room (massive double bed), friendly staff and a truly wonderful breakfast every morning. Perfect base to explore Sarajevo.

Great character room in very good location. Staff and breakfast very good.

The room did not have the amenities advertised. We booked and needed a room with laundry facilities, being on a long trip, and we booked on this basis. The room or hotel does not have a washing machine and dryer, or for that matter a dishwasher, as advertised. Maybe a translation issue. To their credit, the staff helped us out and sorted the misunderstanding. The bathroom and drains need attention.

Everything! - cozy bed - everyone takes care of your requests - if there is something missing, they always there to help you. - location is literally the best, very easy to walk everywhere and less than a minute you reach to main street or public transportations - for this price we felt like home. And this is thanks to the amazing people at the hotel.

- no fridge in room. But it was still ok if its winter but i predict, it would be difficult in summer days i guess. - there was no shades in bathroom, haha. So we entered bathroom with lights off. But i told them when we checked out, and they directly took action. I wish i told them at the check in moment. They directly fix everything.
