Excellent value for money - I highly recommend. The location of the property is in the heart of the old town and next to some really nice restaurants and so it was easy to get about and we walked to a lot of places. The price was decent, the staff were really pleasant and helpful Nice courtyard with the apartment/room which was private Sitting area on the ground floor Big beds more than 2 meters long Pleasant staff Breakfast option if you want it was there and fairly cheap Spacious room I have stayed in more expensive places in Sarajevo but preferred this one

I had to remind house-keeping to clean the room daily - it should not be something that should be asked by the guests everyday. I forgot one day and so came back to an unclean room. But the housekeeping were really nice. Outside court yard chairs need cleaning My apartment was not really an apartment - it had no kitchenette or sitting area but it did have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Only one key to the room meant we had to plan around each other so we didn’t get locked out I didn’t eat breakfast - not enough variety or choice-went to a restaurant on the same street instead

Everything, fantastic city, and nice culture, very polite people of the public. Also very good that they have saved their culture, historical places, and respect to all new comers, tourist, good shooping, delicious food, kebaps, on the restaurans, very tastefull Turkish and Bosnian coffe, has been cooked by traditional way and serve.

Sometimes there was noise on the streets, and some motorbikes were driving very fast on the main street. Most important thing, during the war between 1992-1995 Serbian army and some people has attacked to Bosnaks and unfortunately has been killed thousand of people, even kids, very old people women, and has been destroyed the buildings and the heritage in the city.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and everything is within easy reach ~ The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent, the Wi-Fi was strong and all amenities were available ~ The general atmosphere in the hotel is relaxing and positive ~ The reception lady was friendly, smiling and very helpful ~ I loved the hotel's distinctive decor which makes you feel like you're living in a real "story" book~

The hotel is nice and looks old and it just needs a little improvement and will be better ~ Sound isolation is good but it could be better becuse there are some bars or night clubs aruond the hotel ~

The apartment’s location was perfect — just a short walk to the Old Town, which made exploring Sarajevo so easy and enjoyable. We loved being able to walk through the charming old streets and reach all the main attractions within minutes. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the curtain didn’t fully close, which was a bit tricky as neighboring buildings are quite close, and the weekends could get a little noisy due to nearby bars. However, the noise was bearable and didn’t disturb our stay much. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to be near the heart of the city. Great value for money!

This place is amazing. Staff so helpful and accommodating. When we arrived they went above and beyond to get us into our room ASAP, as I was experiencing a severe stomach upset. The lady on reception also gave me a box of tea which was good for settling stomachs. We stayed an extra night as I wasn't able to travel, and had to change rooms. They let us stay in our original room until our next room was ready. The staff were amazing, The place is clean, and the price for what you get is unbelievably cheap. Will definitely come back here, and hopefully get to experience Sarajevo next time.

Nothing bad about this place

The hotel is located in a very good spot, close to all tourist attractions. The street where the building is located is quite dark and unpleasant for walking during the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, so we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. :)

When we booked hotel, it was stated in the amenities that the hotel has an elevator; however, when we arrived, the elevator was not working. Families traveling with strollers or individuals with wheelchairs should check in advance whether the elevator is functional, as the rooms are located on several floors, accessible only by steep stairs.

Very nice location and the staff was very nice. It is 20meters from head street to Bascarsija. Breakfast is normal. Who is coming with the car it is better option to park in hotel Europe,it is 12eur per day and secure the car in the garage.

I was in red apartment with two kids and didnt notice until last day that first bed where the kids were sleeping was broken. And also the birds destroy terrace,was very dirty. Also missing in the room mini bar,telephone to contact the reception. Inside the bathroom no shampoo just only small one. But it is very clean hotel inside and the lady on the reception is very nice and kind. Suggestion: Mini bar Telephone in the room Bathroom things,more shampoo,crema Clean the terrace before guest arrive :)

Very close to the centre of Old Town. Modern looking worthe the value of money

Needs a bit of TLC like walls and carpets were stained. May need some deep cleaning. Bed mattress were too firm and pillows too high caused some back aches. Only one toilet paper provided for the entire stay! Have to ask reception for additional. Need to provide two keys for the apartments especially for groups. Only had one copy Only one Bath towel provided and it got soaked easily Curtains were falling down, will need rehanging well as its creating bright light especially early mornings

The location was exceptional! Both ends of the street led to the most happening places in Sarajevo. One led to a pub/ bar that was full and crowded all the time and the other led to old town . Both places had numerous shops, restaurants, and led to major attractions. Didn't have to do taxi, everything was at walking distance ! The driver who picked us up from the airport , Amar was super helpful. With tips and pick and drop service and generally got in touch with the hotel people to resolve any issues we had as travellers. He helped us secure train tickets as well, which was not his job. So super helpful people and staff, made our experience of Sarajevo memorable and lovely. ❤️

The view we got from our green room was ok. But there is so much to do outside who stays in the room? Room lacked a full length mirror and lamps, thats all nothing too big. We Liked everything! It was a self service check in after 4 pm. They give u a code which you can enter for the premises. The location, staff is very helpful and if u need any help after 4 pm, you just talk to their camera at the reception and it's resolved within few minutes
