I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, just a short walk from many fantastic restaurants offering Arabic, Bosnian, and international cuisine, and very close to the Old City and several key tourist attractions. The breakfast is good, though it would be great to see more Arabic dishes included in the selection. The room was exceptionally clean, and I truly appreciated the high standard of housekeeping. All the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is located in a very quiet and secure area, which made the experience even more relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

You can hardly find better place if you want to explore Baščaršija, the central Sarajevo. Also close to the cableway or Latin Bridge. The building is still new and bonus is the parking lot. Breakfast is fine. The clientele is a good mix of Arabic and European guests. We stayed at 5th floor with balcony perfect view to mountains and part of the city.

All was mostly good. The terrace will be better if the furniture is nicer. There was no cleaning within 2 nights stay. But we enjoyed our stay anyway.

I had a standard double room which was spacious, bright and comfortable. Room rates are very reasonable. Breakfast was superb. Location is in a very good position situated in the old city. Easy parking in the hotels underground garage - entrance at rear of hotel, turn left into side street adjacent to hotel (limited spaces so do need to reserve - cost is reasonable). You may need to go to reception first to get the garage barrier raised, but there isn't much parking room in the road whilst you do that. However, I noticed taxis and delivery drivers just stopping in the road for a few minutes whilst they went about their business, so probably accepted practice as nobody behind them seemed to mind!

If I have one niggle it is that the room did not have a proper desk chair (with a back) as opposed to the soft seating pouffe provided. I need to spend a couple of hours in the evening on my laptop and I prefer to work at a desk. In fact I think anyone working at any sort of desk would want a proper chair with back support to sit on.

I recently stayed at the President Hotel, and I must say, it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the same goes for the restaurant workers and housekeeping staff. The room itself was splendid (cleanliness, size, comfort... everything), with a breathtaking view overlooking the Miljacka River. The hotel's central location was also a huge plus, it is located next to the Baščaršija. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious food. If I could, I would give this accommodation score higher than 10 because they truly deserve it. I highly recommend it to anyone, and I will definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Hotel President Sarajevo is situated in Old Town Sarajevo making it an ideal location to explore the city on foot. On arrival it was evident staff were pleasant and welcoming. The family room was clean and spacious and the daily stocking up of water, tea, coffee and milk was much appreciated. Staff were quick to respond to requests. I would highly recommend the team of Hotel President to continue the great work they are doing and to keep on top of looking after the rooms (wear and tear) this will ensure Hotel President remains first choice for travellers.

AGAIN & STILL: Very friendly & very warm-hearted staff :-). As agreed, I had a reserved place in the safe underground garage (reservation recommended) and a special thanks goes to Mr. Zaim who helped me patiently with the parking of my big car and with the tons of my baggage :-). My room was very spacious, very clean and had a wonderful view to the mosque Careva Dzamija. The location of Hotel President is perfect since you are only a few steps away from the heart of Sarajevo: Baščaršija (old town). Here you can find lots of tradition and history, souvenir shops with great hand-crafted products of the coppersmiths and the wonderful smell of Ćevapi and bosanka kafa at every corner, lots of different baklavas, ice cream, etc. The city hall Vijecnica is also nearby and in the evening you can take amazing pictures when you cross the street and go to the lighted "#sarajevo". Thanks a lot also to Ms. Elida for the lovely chat we had before I left and that she remembered me and even my room number from the last time. This really touched me. I enjoyed the beauty of Sarajevo again very much and will come back for sure: Ako Bog da. :-)

The location is in deep of the old town and the restaurants and shops is very close . We booked a suite and it was very big and spacious

I didn't understand the AC control because it was opening and closing every 15 or 10 minutes we should call the reception to ask them to lock the AC then it will be open , actually they explain for me but I didn't like that even though we need to use the AC when ever we want without calling the reception. The breakfast was not that good and it has limited choices of food

The location was excellent as it was walking distance for the mosques and bazaars. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms. The rooms had very good facilities and a beautiful view. We were a group of 14 and everyone was very happy with the rooms. The breakfast selection was small but nice, it had a good selection of food. The reception staff were very nice and accommodating.

The restaurant staff were a bit rude when we initially asked about early breakfast due to fasting, saying they can't do that, however they accommodated us well after that and arranged early food bags for us to collect. It would be nice to have some snacks in the cafe apart from drinks, and there was no room service.

Persistent problems with the central air con for rooms. Intermittent stopping / errors . Woke us up at 4 am as it switched off and we were very hot in the room . Same thing happened night before around 10 pm . If fixed , will be 10 out of 10

The hotel's central location is fantastic, allowing easy access to Sarajevo's main attractions within a short walk. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained.

The toilet curtain lacks privacy, which can be uncomfortable for non-coupled guests. The beds were not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this star rating, and the TV lacked options for streaming services like Netflix. Additionally, the parking fee of 15 euros per day and the narrow access road were inconvenient.
