Wonderful! Perfect location in the very center, there is a parking with security cameras (even it is kind of pedestrian zone of old town! Welcoming staff and tasty breakfast. Clean and quite room with comfortable bed and AC.

Nothing really. Cannot understand negative comments re the parking - it is rare for Saraevo to have a parking by the hotel, especially in the center.

We arrived earlier than expected (we informed that we will arrive earlier) and they add our room ready and didn't tax extra money. The lady who checked us in: very helpful, explained everything very well and helped us interpret the city map. Bedroom clean and comfy

We asked for breakfast box (because we left at 6:00 am) and they didn't give us. We paid for a service (breakfast) that we didn't had.

The location in the Old Town made strolling around so easy. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. We had a minor problem, but the staff handled it. They made it look easy. Problems will continue to happen; a great staff smiles and takes care of it. Thank you. During quiet moments the women on the desk team took time to chat. Meeting locals, and getting to know them even a little will be one of my best memories of this visit.

Located in the heart of Stari Grad (Old Town), literally in Baščaršija, hotel Sahat gives you the opportunity to enjoy all the gems of Sarajevo by reaching them on foot within a day. The room was very well furnished, spotlessly clean with a comfortable Queen size bed and a bathroom equipped with everything needed for enjoyable stay. The breakfast is nothing short of a buffet feast, with locally sourced produce - like Bosanski sudžuk, kajmak, honey and jams - various cheeses and fruits, hot and cold drinks, and delicious freshly baked breads, and much more. On arrival we were greeted and dealt with in fluent English by amazing Hana. She helped us with information about best local restaurants, eateries and artisan shops. All staff speaks fluent English and are equally willing to help the guests. I am recommending hotel Sahat in the strongest possible terms.

Nothing to not like.

The best thing about this hotel is location, it is just in the old town city center where all the main attractions are in Sarajevo and there have a few spaces to park the car in front of the hotel for a fee (reservation needed) which is really great since it is not easy to park on the streets. The staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast overall was good with some variety, although we found that some vegetables were not fresh.

I felt the pictures were a little deceiving, it looks like more luxurious that what it is in reality. The facilities are very basic, the hotel itself is small and old and not that cozy.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and in a great location, which made getting around the city very easy.

The windows in the room could not be opened, which made the air feel a bit stale at times. Also, there weren't enough glasses provided in the room for the number of guests staying.

An excellent location, right by the markets. The hotel does come with parking, but be warned, it is a single dead-end "street" that can fit 5/6 cars. If you are the first car in, the hotel will hold the keys and move all of the cars behind you so that you can leave. We were in a large 4x4, and they moved all of the other cars and ours perfectly, without causing any damage. They were experts! Do not let the car parking put you off, it is fantastic, safe, secure, and right outside the hotels front door. The staff were fantastic, the hotel was very clean and the breakfast was lovely. The location is 10/10 and we would highly recommend it. Also, it is right next to the spot where Archduke Franz Ferdinand was assassinated, leading to the start of World War One.

The location was right in the old town close to the centre, hotel arranged airport pickup, the staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful, good breakfast provided, local information provided, spacious room and bathroom.

Hotel website advertises spa/massage facilities but when I asked about these was told they did not have this. The shower needed a repair as the shower head holder was taped together but the shower head still slipped out and wasn't held in position so made showering a bit awkward.

Location and staff

It was free airport shuttle when I booked. When I contacted to book shuttle one day earlier they told me I should have booked the shuttle service as soon as I booked the room. Then,the offer was no longer available , we should pay 20 euro. I use booking.com for very long time and this is the first time I experienced such a thing. This was misleading, the reason I chose this hotel was free shuttle.This was clearly used as a marketing ploy, I wasn’t the only one had the issue.
