The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is right at the center of the old town.

The hotel sits in the busy old town. Finding its parking entrance is not easy. We set the car GPS to Hotel Art Sarajevo that led us circling and circling in the old town and couldn't get to the hotel parking lot due to one way traffic restrictions and large crowds in the areas. If you drive make sure to set the GPS to the parking garage of Hotel Europe Sarajevo and the parking entrance of Hotel Art is right on the left hand side of the Hotel Europe garage.

I stayed very nice room, it was large and comfortable. The hotel was close to the downtown. It was easy to find restaurants, cafes, and historical places within walking distance. The place to have breakfast, awesome, very nostalgic…

Most of the places serving real tea, I was expecting to have real tea in breakfast, without a tea-bag. Alternatively, there was just a nescafe option, if you wanted to drink espresso, you have to pay extra… No coffee machine in breakfast!

Excellent location, in the heart of the old town, on the pedestrian zone and with suitable parking. Clean, well kept. Good staff. Breakfast quite ok. Morroccan restaurant available. Spacious, very light and properly heated room.

It is a 4* hotel, but bath tube gets tired. Parking is suitable, but the space is really confined. Bed sheet is not tight, it should be better fixed to the mattress.

Perfect location, really friendly staff, lovely room with great view, very quiet though it's right in the centre of town, and a really wonderful breakfast.

I wasn't able to switch off the AC. It wasn't a big problem so I didn't bother asking the staff to fix it.

For this price and with the location this was a perfect choice for us. The breakfast (include in the room price) was perfect. The view for the mountains around the city was wonderful. Old Town is very close to the hotel. The staff is kind and perfect in English so communication wasn’t a problem. Very recommended hotel!

There wasn't such a thing!

We arrived Sunday the afternoon and understood the restaurant at the hotel doesn't work Sundays. We had our own food and Edy, receptionist, was very kind and helped us to make warm and nice dinner. Breakfast was very reach and delicious.

Ice machine didn't work, i hope it is already fixed.

The location was excellent - in the middle of the center with a free parking space. The stuff (just ladies!) was very friendly. The suite more than big enough to host us all. And the special price (including breakfast and parking) was really a good deal - for us a better one than to stay in an apartment.

Everything was perfect. The only minus was a little bit noisy generator (aircon?) outside the buildung. But luckily we were tired - and were not disturbed too much

The location was amazing. The place was clean and Edi at the front desk was so nice. Solid breakfast and big room.

The only two minuses would be that the showers are super small and the water was so hard to adjust in terms of temperature and pressure. Also the parking was insanely tight.
