I booked for 3 nights. On the last day, our business meeting was canceled, so we left the hotel early and they did not charge for that day. This alone is enough for me to prefer them once again. Location was great as well as the quality of the room. Do not worry about the heating, the heaters in the room make the room hot as hell in 15 minutes.

I'm not used to not seeing an outlet next to my bed, which I use for my computer and cell phone.

The location of the hotel is great. It was near to almost all touristic places. The personnel of the hotel was warm blooded and always has a smile face.

It would be great if there is any parking lots. Also, the trams pass so close to the hotel uproariously, which may give you some anxiety while you are sleeping. There were two seperate beds for your big bed request which makes your sleep unconfortable but I am sure it can be managable.

The hotel has a perfect location – right in the city center, just steps away from museums, bars, restaurants, and public transport. The staff are extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast was good. The value for money is excellent. The hotel is located on the rooftop (top floor), offering a beautiful view over the rooftops of Sarajevo.

I stayed at City Boutique Hotel at the last minute due to canceled flights into Sarajevo and arriving too late to go to my other accommodation. I randomly booked it because they have a 24-hour front desk, not knowing anything about the location but I'm so glad I stayed here. It's quite central and walking distance to many cafes, shopping, Baščaršija, etc. Check-in was very easy and quick--the front desk person met me at the door and within a few minutes I was already in my room. There was a nice heater warming the room when I arrived which was very thoughtful because the next morning it was snowing. They are cash-only and I only had Euros on me but thankfully they take Euros too (I believe they accept BAM and EUR). However, there are many ATMs in the area so it's really not a concern. The bed was big and comfortable and there was a big wardrobe where I could hang my clothes.

Location, big rooms and comfortable beds, very helpful owners. Easy to access the hotel and also all of the sights in Sarajevo. Cafes in close distance. Free magnet on check in and complimentary water for the first night. Bath slippers and robes with extra towels provided.

About dated decor but we don’t spend much time indoors.

Nice hotel in the very center of the city. Although located on a main street, still it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is definitely woth for the price

This was not our first time in the hotel, which means that we liked it first time and decided to come back. It has excellent location, rooms are fine, as well as breakfast.

Still, this time it was a winter and the hotel did not have a proper heating, so we needed to ask for electric radiator to try to improve the situation. Furthemore, the parking which was included in the price during the summer now it was not, which was the extra charge of 15 EUR. Comparing value for money, we could choose better hotel for the final price we paid.

Great friendly & helpful staff, let me have a late check out, smooth check in, amazing location, the new girl in reception was her first day and helped with iron, late check out, directions, she is value to this hotel, would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nothing, everything was great 👌

The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me get a taxi to the airport when I checked out. The bed and bathroom were good quality even though some parts were quite old. The location is very central, a grocery store is about 5-10 minutes of walking away and the SCC shopping center is about 25 minutes of walking distance just following the main road.

The AC didnt really work, but the temperature was acceptable even without it. In the evening it gets a little cooler so I just opened the windows.
