Our stay at this wonderful hotel was truly unforgettable. The room is magical, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the city that makes every moment special. The large windows, especially at night, create an awe-inspiring atmosphere and are the highlight of the stay. We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing experience, thanks to the cozy and well-appointed space. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town, making it very accessible and convenient for exploring Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, adding to the warm atmosphere of our visit.

Helpfull staff answered our questions upon arrival about the city , located just 5 minutes walk from the bustling cafes of the old towns, absolutely perfect view of the city superb balcony with plenty of space to relax and have a coffee

When we arrived to the building we had trouble finding the hotel reception as the hotel is located in the upper floors and so is the reception and there were no signs or boards directing towards the hotel reception had to look around for quite sometime until a few locals told us to take the elevator up to find the reception

The people in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room has a 360 degree view of the city. The whole room is like a long window. I didn't know that. They should show in the picture at booking.com about how beautiful the place is.

There were some broken areas on wall and balcony. The worst was the main door lock was broken and we had to use door keys instead of sensor card. It was difficult to close and open the door.

Great location, comfortable bed, great view

Could not use the kettle. There was what appeared to be paint chippings or excess cleaning chemicals build up inside. The tv batteries were dead, luckily I had spare batteries with me. The door was so hard to open. The cleaner came into room without knocking, saw me and apologised.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to assist with any concerns I had. Great location. Breakfast area had beautiful views of Sarajevo. Would definitely stay again.

The door to our room would not lock. They were in the process of getting the door fixed. I wish the lighting in the bathroom was a bit brighter.

Great location, most beautiful view on the town from hotel terrace, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The location and decor is great and the staff was lovely!

The room was not completely cleaned, the bathroom and bedlinnens were, but my glass had a lipstick smudge on it, and the desk and nightstanddrawers were a bit grimey. My door also wouldn’t close properly and in the restaurant you aren’t able to pay by card. There is no elevator to the rooms, however staff were lovely enough to help out with the luggage.

The view was amazing and the staff really nice! I had a good rest in the room and it was quite. round the hotel were bars and possibilities to go for a quick snack.

It was just confusing where the lobby is. You have to get in and take the elevator to the 9th floor. So some better directions would be nice in the ground floor. But some people entering the building were very nice and explained to me.

Spectacular view and nice and knowledgable staff.

The shower drain was not working properly so, after showering, there was a lot of water all over the entire bathroom for the whole day. We called the reception to fix it but no one ever came. We were very unpleasantly surprised.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great views. Great location for breakfast (or a coffee later on in the day) with 360 degree view around the city.
