Excellent, bright room. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great fish restaurant Luka nearby. Secure parking next to the property, albeit it costs 10 Euro per day.

I did not like the lack of a refrigerator. The huge room but not even a tiny fridge. If you buy something from the market like cheese or fruit, there is no place to store it. Even water you can't get cold. The second thing is a location. The property is located in a residential area, a good 15-minute walk to anything of tourist interest.

1. Very fresh and stylish renovations, not only in the rooms but also throughout the building. 2. Convenient automatic access system: you will receive your access codes for the main entrance and apartment in advance, so you don't have to worry about losing your key or magnetic card. 3. There is a paid parking right next to the building, but there may also be empty places along the road in front of the building. 4. The historic city centre and is approximately 5-10 minutes away. 5. It is a very peaceful and quiet place. 6. Cafes and restaurants near the hotel.

I just got back from Sarajevo where I stayed at Fawlty Towers, and it was a great experience! The whole place has a homey vibe, and I especially liked the wooden staircase. The rooms are spacious with brand new furniture and all the amenities: iron & ironing board, hair dryer. The rooms are even nicer in person than in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Fawlty Towers is situated on the quiet Skenderpašina street, which is peaceful and really convenient for exploring the city. While I didn't need staff for check-in, they were super responsive and helpful when I did have questions and assistance - such as booking an airport cab for me when I was leaving. I would definitely recommend this place.

I think putting a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be a nice gesture that I'd introduce if I were running the place.

This was my second time staying here, and once again, I am extremely satisfied. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The parking is very affordable, which adds to the overall convenience of staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. Considering the price, the value for money is truly exceptional – you get much more than what you pay for. I will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend!

My stay at this property was nothing but perfection. From the moment I arrived, I was thrilled with the location. It was the perfect base for exploring the surrounding attractions / city centre. The comfort that the property provided was beyond my expectations. The room/s were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were impeccably clean. What really set my stay apart was the kindness of the staff. They were extremely friendly and always ready to help. It’s clear that the staff pays great attention to detail to ensure that guests feel at home. All in all, my stay was extraordinary. This is a beautiful apartment located almost in the very center of the city. The room is tastefully designed, making your stay particularly enjoyable. Everything in the apartment is new—from the furniture to the appliances, all complemented by a recent renovation, creating perfect living conditions. I would especially like to highlight the hospitality and friendliness of the host. The check-in process was swift and seamless. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that sleeping on them was a sheer delight. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to have a comfortable time in the city.

1. We had the penthouse which was lovely. 2. Very quiet and the car parking was free. 3. Although a bed settee, it was very comfortable and large. 4. Very clean. 5. Apartment was only 15 mins walk to centre of Sarajevo. 6. The guys who owne/worked at the apartments were very nice and helpful.

1. Needs to have more kitchen utensils (sharp knives etc). 2. Floor brush would have been handy. 3. Lack of plug sockets around the kitchen area (I'm being picky here). Basically there was a pop up bank of sockets, but these did not operate. We had to place kettle on floor to boil water by the door).

perfect location (quiet but walking distance from the very centre of the city) - excelent host - spatious and comforatable apartments - absolutely clean I led a group of university students of geography and was very happy to find a place to stay which looked comofratble, close to the downtown, and for reasonable price. After arrival we found accomodation accually more comfortable, clean and spatious than expected. The host was very nice, providing studens assistance while I managed accomodation for other part of the group, then found time to talk about the city, relations of various religions and ethnicities. It was really great experience. Thank you!

We only had problem to find a place to park a bus, but it was our issue, not the issue of the apartments.

The host (Semi) is very friendly and is on-site a lot so you can ask him questions about the city. The building and rooms are locked with keycodes rather than keys which is nice so you don't need to worry about losing keys, and the room has a safe in which is good too. The room and bathroom is very modern. Great location in the city, just a few streets away and across the river from the main city area.

Some other guests were loud at night which you could hear in the room, but this is not the fault of the host.

Excellent newly renovated place. If you call your place Fawlty towers you must have a sense of humour and Semi and his friends are just great. Family room with extra small room with single bed that fitted out small boys. The big plus for us was spacious free private parking for our 3m high campervan (ford Nugget). Beware the streets are pretty narrow so with big camper could be a problem.

You must be a real Basil if something is bothering you at this fantastic place...
