In general, breakfast was sufficient. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We were happy that a bed was carefully prepared for the child on the sofa in the room, even though we did not specify it.

The location of the hotel is neither too far nor too close to the city center. For families with children, walking to the city center may be a bit difficult.

The hotel exceeds all expectations, I really recommend it from the bottom of my heart. I liked literally everything, and here I will mention only a few things: 1. the staff is outstanding, all of them without exception - I can't describe in words how kind and professional they are 2. the room is spacious, bright and clean 3. the bed is comfortable 4. the breakfast is excellent 5. underground garage at a good price 6. the location is perfect... and many other things... I will surely come to Sarajevo again, stay in this wonderful hotel and again experience wonderful people in the hotel and in the city itself.

Breakfast was nice and location very good, all staff especially reception professionals and positive attitude and very helpful too.

Could improve breakfast more adding fresh juices , the capacity of the breakfast area is less than daily use.

It is our third time to stay at the property. It has not aged, and the facilities are kept and renovated. We liked its location and despite the fact that we have a house in suburbs of Sarajevo, we choose to stay a couple of days in the city and Residence Inn is our first choice. The staff members are very friendly and provide excellent service. Its location is very good and you are only 5-10 minutes walk from main attractions.

The parking situation is a bit complicated and cost more than in the other hotels.

It is a very good breakfast with a blend of west and east European food types, besides fresh juice and fruits and a very good cofee machine that serves you all day long. :-)I used to stay in a studio, which are perfect for long or short stay. Hotel is very well located, near to the storical center and you can do almost everything by foot. But the better are the staff, always kind, helpul and friendly.

Hotels in Sarajevo at the level of Marriott Residence are become more and more expensive. I was shocked that in may 2025 I paid 130 EUR/night in the same room I used to pay 75 EUR in 2018 and 85 EUR in 2022. And I lived in the city for 5 years! But there is no other with such vibe and comfort of Marriott Residence. :-)

Residence Inn Marriott is located by the river and it offers a comfortable stay in Sarajevo. We stayed here for two nights and our room had all the necessary facilities. It was very clean and also quiet. The front desk staff is amazing. Special thanks to Azer and Kenan for making our stay memorable and assisting us throughout our trip. We enjoyed walking from the hotel to Bascarsija; it was a great stroll by the river. Breakfast was nice and it was served on the ground floor.

The internet connection on the 3rd floor can be improved; it was not stable at times.

Very good location. Comfortable, well equiped appartments, very good breakfast with variety of food, and extremely friendly, professional and helpful staff. Suitable both for leisure and for business trips.

The location is great, 5 min walk to the old town/market area , so peaceful yet great location. The staff is extremely helpful!! They made sure we had connecting rooms since we were traveling with kids. They set up our tours to Mostar and other eight seeing places as well. Would definitely recommend people to use this hotel. It’s well worth the price.

The hotel is located 5min walking distance from the city center. The rooms are very big with a little kitchenette, sofa, desk, table and a big bed. The bathroom is spacious and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast was very good and had lots of selection. The breakfast room is a bit small and crowded during the peak hours but there is a further room behind the reception that can be used. The gym is nice and has all you need for workout. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport transportation can be organised through the hotel and costs 20€.

There was a problem with the sauna during my stay therefore it was not working but the pipes that were broken were getting fixed.
