The room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. Great value for money. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help.

I found the mattress uncomfortable (too firm) and the pillow too soft and thin, which made it difficult to sleep well. The room was also very warm, with no way to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the lighting was quite dim. However, none of these were major issues, and I would gladly stay there again.

Everything is perfect! The employees' kindness is above average. I would especially like to single out Mrs. Marija, who made me feel like we were in our own home, not just in a hotel!☺️ The cleanliness, location, breakfast are also fantastic. Parking with a 24-hour guard is right next to the hotel, which is great if you have a car.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, as is the bathroom. The parking is private and a 1-minute walk from the hotel, open 24 hours with security at the entrance. The hotel’s location is good, it's not in the center, but about 15 minutes away by tram 3.

My husband and I have been driving from Bihac to Prokosko Jezero since morning, but Google Maps directed us through some forest roads and we ended up stuck on the road, then we returned to the main road somehow and headed up to Sarajevo instead of the lake because going to the lake through another road would add 4 hours to our trip, and we were very exhausted already. I made this reservation in Sarajevo from the car in the parking lot. This was the end of my 2 weeks visit to Bosnia, so a lot of very heavy luggage and we were extremely tired and exhausted. When we reached the hotel we were directed to parking which is across the street. As I mentioned, exhausted, hungry and tired. One young man helped us carry the luggage, that was one of the receptionists as I later discovered. The lady at the reception was lovely, fast and efficient. She made the check-in process smooth and easy. The room is very big and spacious. Big bathroom with nice fluffy towels. Everything was clean and neat. I was really grateful for how everything turned out well. The breakfast is tasty and fresh, with omelettes on demand, local pastrami and other choices. They even had gluten-free bread! I was so grateful for that! I did not expect it since in Bosnia it is not standard. Good coffee machine also, but if you need some customised coffee and something super extra, excellent Caribou Coffee is next to the reception. I will definitely return to this hotel. Thank you, lovely receptionists.

It is always a pleasant stay in Hotel Boutique Bristol because I stayed there multiple times, mostly through my business trips. Staff is always friendly and willing to support and help with any questions/issues. Location is more or less perfect. There are restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping malls within walking distance (10 to 15 min). For hotel guests there is a free parking space just opposite to hotel. I think it's a great stay.

There is really nothing to add as a thing of dislike. Personally I believe that Bristol fulfilled all of my expectation. It is clean, quiet and nicely placed. Nothing to dislike.

Sve OK. Dobar odnos cijena - kvalitet. Besplatan parking, osoblje ljubazno. Kafe aparat u sobi smo rado koristili. U samom objektu i bližem okruženju veliki izbor ugostiteljskih objekata raznih kategorija.

U našoj sobi nema ni jedna vješalica za peškir u / ispred kupatila.

The rooms are big and the staff is nice

The breakfast is very limited, the furniture is damaged in some places and the blue chairs, although cleaned, got a bit brownish because they are old and used, leaving the impression they are dirty. The shower had some mold and it did not have any support for the toiletries.

How clean all areas were kept. All staff were wonderful and the restaurant was high quality. You will enjoy your stay.
