Everything about our stay at the apartments was faultless. We were met upon arrival and shown round and given the keys; the flat/apartment was luxurious and clean; the kitchen/flat was well equipped with all the appliances needed (other than a clothes tumble dryer); the neighbourhood was quiet and safe despite being in the city; easy walking distance to the old town (approx. 10-12 minutes easy paced walk); secure underground parking; and most importantly, two incredibly attentive host representatives (Ahmed and Ali). Ali and Ahmed were always responsive to any messages we sent (e.g. asking for various items) and we would frequently meet them on our way in/out of the apartment building where they were genuinely interested in how our stay was going and if we needed anything, and were always forthcoming with answers to our questions - such as recommendations of where to eat, e.g. nearby 'Proper Pizza' when you need a break from eating cevapi!

This has to be one of the best if not the best place I’ve stayed in. We had a 2 bedroom apartment about a 10-15min walk to Sarajevo old town. The property was in a good location to visit things such as the cable cars, yellow fortress, genocide museum etc. Was only a 20 minute walk for to the railway station and 20 min drive to the airport. It had all the amenities you’d need in there from kitchen utensils, hairdryer, washing machine, extra bedding…just to name a few. The apartment is absolutely huge but also has a homely feeling to it. I would like to give a huge thank you to Amna who went out of her way to help and accommodate us! This trip wouldn’t have been the same without her help! So thank you Amna for making this trip so memorable for us. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sarajevo this is the place to stay!!

Everything was perfect

We stayed at Sarajevo Daily Apartments for 2 nights and were genuinely impressed. Check-in was smooth and welcoming—someone met us on arrival, showed us where to park (a secure underground garage, which was a huge plus), and walked us through the apartment. The apartment itself was massive—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The lounge area was enormous and super cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised by how many thoughtful touches were included: USB-C plug-ins, spices, plenty of storage space, and more. The beds deserve a special mention—some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in! We also really appreciated how responsive the hosts were. They took card payment and were quick to bring us extra coffee, sugar, towels, and tissues when requested. Location-wise, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town, but the walk is lovely and scenic. It’s also right next to the Museum of Illusions, which was a fun bonus. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there’s a lift so access is easy. There’s one toilet and one bathroom with a toilet and bath, which worked perfectly fine for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable base in Sarajevo!

Only downside is that the TV in the lounge could have been bigger, especially given the size of the lounge. Also the pans were not 100% non stick, which can be a bit frustrating when cooking but not a deal breaker.

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful, newly renovated apartment, perfect for our family of four with two adult children. We visited during the snowy New Year period, and the heating system worked flawlessly, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. The location is also ideal, just a short distance from the city center. The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher in the kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom. We traveled as a larger group, booking several apartments, and all of them were equally great. Our host, Nihad, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, responding promptly to all our requests and making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a family stay!

Everything was great!

The hosts were very nice. We arrived at midnight due to road closures and they were very hospitable and patient with us, getting us a space in the garage and helping us up to the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, the perfect place for a digital nomad because it is spacious, there is lots of storage space and you could easily put a desk in the glass enclosed space near the dining room. A couple could live there for a long time. The next morning they recommended a nice cafe nearby, Coffee Station, and let us check out a little later so we could go there for breakfast before heading out again.

They did not leave us any bottled water. We mentioned that and they said the tap water is drinkable. They also mentioned they had cleared out the kitchen during Ramadan which had taken place recently.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with adequate room for 5 adults. My kids did not like sharing the double bunk beds, and it was tight for three adult kids with suitcases, but worked. The living room was spacious . It was nice to have a second bathroom and a washing machine. The location was great, quiet but only an 18 minute walk to the old town. There were two grocery stores a few minutes walking. The best thing was the underground garage. Worth the 5Euros/day for us.

There were few kitchen pots and pans, so the one night we cooked dinner was somewhat difficult. There was no coffee or anything else in the kitchen, and no shampoo/conditioner/amenities in the bathroom. The coffee maker, a Lavazza was impossible for me to find pods for. They did bring coffee for two (of the 5 of us) after request, but did not bring more despite saying they would. We ran out of toilet paper after one day and had to buy more, which I thought was unusual for an apartment setting. There is no one on site to help with issues.

This place was amazing! The location is perfect—super easy to get around and close to everything you need. The house is modern and has all the amenities you could ask for. It was spotless when I arrived, which made it feel really comfortable and welcoming. The host - Nihad - was awesome—super friendly and easy to talk to. Communication was a breeze, and they made sure I had everything I needed. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone!

Providing free car parking would be a huge plus. Having this included would make the stay much more hassle-free. Please let guests know in advance if there are any cash payments required, like for deposits or additional services. It's helpful to have clear communication about this beforehand so we can prepare in advance.

It was easy meeting up with the landlords' reps we had arranged on WhatsApp. But sorting out the rooms for 25 people took a long while. Next time, we should book directly with the landlord instead, That way, we would know exactly who to put in each room and apartment. and cut down on the checkiing-in time+hassle

That we were unable to pay by credit card as originally agreed. Drawing cash from ATMs proved to be a very painful and tedious exercise for a group of 25 staying a week.

Good location. 15 mins walk to Gazi Husrev-beg mosque in Bascarcija. Good cafes, takeaways, and restaurants close by. Clean place, we stayed in number 16 with 2 bunks in 1 room and a double/king in another room. pleasantly surprised with the extra, separate toilet. Amna was really helpful, fixing a blocked sink quickly. She also allowed us a late ch3ckput, as we had a late flight back.

5th floor, lift is small, but we never waited a long time. The outside at night is a little dim, but we felt safe.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment during my Balkan trip, and I can confidently say it was the best accommodation of my journey! The apartment is ideally situated just off the old town center, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. It’s a short, pleasant walk to the vibrant old town, making it perfect for exploring the area's rich history and culture. Plus, there's a small supermarket around the corner, which was very convenient for our needs. The apartment itself is spacious and impeccably clean—seriously, not a speck of dust! It feels very new and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Nihad, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We arrived late at night, and he was there to welcome us, making the check-in process smooth and easy. When it was time to leave, he kindly arranged our airport drop-off, which we greatly appreciated.
