Everything was exeptional, from our arrival and beeing greet by the owners up to our check out. Super friendly host ! We had alot of advice from owners, and it worked out pretty well, thank you for that. Room was superb ! Large and comfy bed , spacious and super clean room. Also great view of the Sarajevo City.

We had the pleasure of staying at this small hotel run by two brothers, and it was an absolutely lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, they were polite, helpful, and genuinely delightful — the kind of hosts who make you feel immediately welcome and at ease. The breakfast, prepared by the brothers themselves, was delicious and thoughtfully presented. The room and hotel were spotless, showing clear attention to detail and pride in their work. What made the experience even more memorable was the thoughtful gesture of a gift upon departure — a unique and heartwarming touch that we’ll always remember. Thank you both for your hospitality.

This family owned hotel was an absolute gem of a place. Benjamin and his family who own the hotel could not have been more kind or welcoming. We had the most comfortable room with balcony and magical views over Sarajevo. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've experienced on our travels and our room was an exceptionally clean and comfortable retreat for during our stay. It was also out of the hustle and bustle and peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was great. You can take a quick 5 to 10 minute taxi trip into the Sarejevo Old Town from the hotel or if you are feeling adventurous it is actually an easy and interesting walk down the hill into the main part of the city, which we did numerous times. We had a really lovely stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it more highly.

I recently stayed at Villa Harmony Hotel and had an exceptional experience. Everything was perfect! The location was ideal. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The services offered were top-notch, making my stay extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Villa Harmony Hotel to anyone visiting the area. It exceeded all my expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

Staff were very welcoming and hospitable. I had booked a economy single room but was given a double with balcony...amazing views of Sarajevo especially first thing in the morning. Room was clean as is the hotel in general. The Wifi was fast and reliable. There isn't much to do and see in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. I would walk to the City Centre and it took 15 minutes approx. Taxi back in the evening from Sarajevo City Centre shopping complex cost me around 8 Bosnian Marks. Breakfast is standard and it sets you up for the day. One suggestion could be placing a vending machine in the hotel?

Only one slight grumble...no slippers provided for the bathroom. I was under the impression you would be given some.

Free parking is available. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choice. Great coffee! Upon checking in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a gracious welcome from the hotel staff. The level of professionalism and attentiveness displayed by the staff was amazing. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service, the luxurious ambiance, and the attention to detail that was displayed throughout my time at the hotel. I highly recommend the Villa Harmony to anyone seeking a truly outstanding hotel experience, and I cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay! Thank you!

Very nice, well-kept hotel. The facilities were great, even a kettle with some tea and coffee in the room. There was an elevator, towels, shower gel/shampoo and a hairdryer. The view of the city from the balcony was really nice, especially in the dark. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and were able to give us lots of tips with a city map. We arrived by car and had a parking space right in front of the hotel. As it is not in the middle of the city center and the parking situation there is quite difficult, we were recommended to take a taxi. This was ordered for us at reception. The breakfast was plentiful. Clearly recommended hotel.

There was nothing to criticize. You can walk into the center, but it's a bit further. It was nice that reception recommended and took care of ordering a taxi. A trip to the center costs €5 or 10 km. You could also pay with €.

We felt like valued guests from the moment we arrived: we were warmly greeted, Benjamin helped us with parking, gave us a city map and told all about the city. We were upgraded to a triple room for free and there was a balcony with a breathtaking view of Sarajevo. The staff was very attentive and always checked if everything was alright and ready to help. The room was lovely, spacious, and impeccably clean, there was hot water 24/7 (after a long day it is important). Breakfast was a solid 10, with high-quality and tasty food. The parking was indeed secure with plenty of spaces. The hotel is located uphill (typical of Sarajevo), but it was a pleasant 20-minute walk or a quick 3-5 minute drive to the city center. Many thanks to the Villa Harmony team for the outstanding level of service; it was our first time experiencing such hospitality, and we were pleasantly surprised!

Excellent persons who are really friendly and helpful. Thank for all. You don't need to go downtown or near Bascarsi, and no need to fight with traffic jam, park locations e.g. It is fairly enough to close city center, Hotel distributes a guidance for visitor in your language and suggest you for city transport. It has excellent parking space. Breakfast is also very good. I will deffinetely stay again at my next trip.

Hotel Villa Harmony was a great hotel with incredible value for your money. They provided excellent hospitality and were always ready to assist with anything that we needed. The rooms were comfortable and the view from the balcony was fantastic. My son (9 years) said he felt like a king while he stayed there.
