We stayed at three bedrooms apartment which had everything we needed .. Fully Air conditioned apartment, Arabic channels in all TVs Equipped kitchen Very spacious place house keeping were great in cleaning everyday The location is good Regarding the staff they have a great staff (Orhan) he is an amazing and professional staff , very welcoming, he was so helpful although he was super busy and working alone he helped us continuously and generously he was one of the reasons for us to return to the place again and stay from the 19 to the 24th There were two staff (ladies) I only remember one name Amila but the other I dont ( they need to learn how to be kind and nice to customers) Regarding breakfast , for me was fair but the problem was the space it gets very busy giving that the hotel was fully booked and all residents were families I suppose I would suggest to expand the space for breakfast or extend the time the breakfast time was (7:00-10:30)

Just the service need more people I think giving the busy time of the year the number of staff available is not enough

The room had full furniture and was very big, most of the staff were friendly

the breakfast is under expectation, not good, and repeated every day with no variety, the restaurant guy was not friendly, he needed more training when we asked for a taxi they were bringing strangers with private cars, not official taxis, and one of them stole our money, the distance on GPS was 19 minutes only but he took us from a different way to let us stay for more than 45 minutes, moreover, the meter was 58kKM but he decided to take 70KM, I tried to contact the hotel and complain about him but they never answer the phone and we already checked out his plate number T09-E986

Spacious, clean, food in on site restaurant was excellent, & staff was very helpful & Nice

A/c didn’t work. They offered to move me to a different room but I chose to stay b/c I didn’t want to move all my stuff.

I absolutely loved this property. Everything was already provided with no need to request anything extra. Dinner was especially pleasant and Anis was very attentive to our every need. The view from the top floor balcony was incredible. There was plenty of hot water in the showers which is always a plus! The beds were super comfy and I got the best night's sleep. There was a full kitchen equipped with all the supplies needed for cooking. The living room had a huge picturesque window overlooking the entire city. What more could you ask for?

The only thing to make the property better would be an on property spa. Also, because people were not using the utensils at the breakfast buffet and simply grabbing bread items with their bare hands, it was a bit of a turn off.

Everything was great the employees, size of the apartment, the the location , cleanness

location is excellent, so is the space in the apartment. Equipment in the kitchen is great. Internet worked perfectly and the speed is quite good. the beds are comfy, so is the bathroom with shampoos and shower gels provided by the hotel.

If you come with the car than the entrance to the hotel garage is quite tricky. Signalisation could be much better. Breakfast is quite good, but sweet items (sugars) are almost inexistible.

the huge apartment space, their furniture and the staff was really nice. all of that with a great price. I will absolutely revisit next time.

They don't clean the Apartment with vacuum . And so much dust .and I have to call and follow up with house cleaning . This is my last time going there

The property is in a great location… in fact my favourite neighbourhood in Sarajevo. The property is beautiful appointed and the apartments are large and comfortable, giving you a home like experience.

I found the apartment rather dirty. The carpet had a large stain on it, the floors looked dirty, and the walls had a fair amount of scuffs on them.
