Only one thing is that we ordered a meal to have in our room but never came it just kept pending so after an hour we cancelled it not that it was going to come anyway so it seemed

The staff at reception, breakfast and maintenance were all very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. The location was good for getting to old town and Ilidza as it sits somewhere in the middle, with tram service very close by. Beds were very comfy and rooms were cleaned daily. A special shout out to front desk manager Kenan as well as Alina who went out of their way to help us during our stay. Would recommend highly due to the staff and location.

Being a 4 star hotel, I think the following can be improved: 1. Breakfast and in particular hot food needs to be served hot and needs to be more varied with more options. 2. Cleanliness in breakfast area and in rooms needs improving. 3. Provide more tour information and guidance on exploring the city. We had to discover and do most on our own.

For those looking for extra pampering, massages are also available for an additional fee. Breakfast is diverse and offers a delightful selection of dishes, including elements of national cuisine and delicious local sweets. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and pleasant. Free parking is a big plus, especially for travelers arriving by car.

Breakfast ends at 10:00 AM, which is fine, but we had an uncomfortable experience when we stayed a little longer to finish our meal. Around 10:10, a staff member approached us, reminding us that breakfast was over and began clearing our plates while we were still eating. It felt a bit rushed and awkward, especially since other guests were also finishing their meals at the time. I don't think it should be like that. No matter where we stopped, we were always given the opportunity to finish eating in peace

I had a great stay at Ibis Styles Sarajevo. The hotel was very nice and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—lots of variety and very tasty. The location is a bit outside the city centre, but the tram makes it easy to get there, so it was no problem.

The only thing I noticed was quite a few spiders and webs around, which is understandable given Sarajevo’s mountain setting, but it would be even better if these were cleared more regularly. Overall, an excellent stay and I would definitely return.

I’ve read a few reviews and not sure why there have been some negative ones. We loved it here! The facilities are amazing. The gym is well equipped, pool and sauna are amazing and the relaxation chairs were so good. There was an issue with our takeaway breakfast for our early flight and they were so lovely and apologetic and made us one quickly as we were leaving. The breakfast was so good. Easy shuttle to the airport. Our room was amazing and comfortable. Overall, great stay!

Nothing - it was perfect

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ibis Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel’s modern and cozy ambiance made it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I loved everything about my stay and have no complaints at all!

Excellent location if you plan to visit not only the Sarajevo city center but the surroundings as well. Large and comfortable room. Spa center with saunas free of charge. Good breakfast. Large parking.

Nothing special except some tiny disappointments. A strange policy with welcome water bottles. It is in the glass bottles and is not renewed during your stay, but these empty bottles should remain in the room (2 weeks in our case). I had to find a place to hide these bottles from the child to avoid their breakage. Breakfast is the same from day to day. It's really good for short stays, but for long stays, it might bother you. There is some kind of downtime during breakfast when the meal is not renewed and plates are almost empty, but they might bring new food when breakfast is always ended and start to take it away at the same time. It looks like it's the management issue, not the kitchen.

Breakfast offer was excellent. Room was cozy, it had all you need for a few days' stay. Pool and spa are great option to relax after a business or sight-seeing day. The staff was very helpful - I got extra pillows in matter of minutes, got great recommendation for dinner & drinks places near the hotel. Rooftop bar was a great experience, once the fog cleared out.

They don't serve alcohol anywhere on the hotel premises, not even in rooftop bar. Non-alcoholic mocktails are served only in the bar downstairs - at least they should serve them up above too.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The reception experience was professional and welcoming. As a solo traveler I value safety and I was not disappointed. The Caesar at the hotel restaurant salad was delicious. The gym is clean and the pool was a bit cold but refreshing. Saunas were clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great stay and felt cared for. It’s a bit far from the city but you have a tram station directly across the street! I’ll be back :)

It’s a very stylish comfortable hotel, I just loved its design, we wanted to prolong our stay but it was fully booked.

We came for breakfast just about 5 minutes after it was finished (it’s until 10am) and almost everything was cleared and put away very quickly so I started asking the waiters if we could have more breakfast and twice got "no it's done", gladly their chef, a very nice lady heard I almost got pissed, came up to me and asked if we wanted an omelet or something, I agreed so finally we got a delicious omelet and a big plate with fruits and some snacks. I really appreciated her willingness to help us feel better.
