The staff were super friendly to be honest, really.. Almina made us lovely filling breakfast every day and we managed to always chat even though we don't speak any similar language. Adnan aka Ado was also always there for anything we need even the little girls on the weekend were so sweet and helped us to order a taxi on a busy day.. the room was spacious and very comfortable, parking was a plus. To be honest we felt at home and would definitely recommend it.

Just to note that the curtains in our room were not big enough to stop the sunlight from getting in but that wasnt a problem for me.

This wasn't my first stay at the Hotel Elegance, and it won't be the last one. 😉 What's important for many of us travellers, there's a real parking behind the building (not out on the street), and the boss Amar helped to park this big Hyndai safely.👍 The room is clean and cozy, the bed is comfortable. Ilidža is very peaceful, I slept 2 nights like a baby 😌zzz... I enjoyed some good coffee and very tasty food, so big thanks to all the personel, they're very kind and welcoming! Amra, the best waitress, keeps a very positive atmosphere 😃 so I'm happy to give five stars: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Upon arrival, I was received by a very professional team. My things were taken to the room, the air conditioner was turned on, and I was offered a meal. Very pleasant and quiet during the day, relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic breakfast with a huge portion of fruit salad. Every guest had the feeling that he was the only guest, how much attention was given to him...Unfortunately, I am leaving early, but I will definitely return to this hotel at the first opportunity because they are all fantastic together... The language skills of the team are French, German ,Danish,Swedish,Russian,Arabic,English and here you will certainly not make a mistake when looking for instructions for anything you need... All the best to you ❤️We have much to learn in Danmark from you people.. Love this place...

Good location, walking distance from tram station and near supermarket and restaurants.

A bit rough around the edges, but I found this was common around the other hotels in the area which I also happened to visit for a conference. Makes up for it with very friendly staff.

Our GPS did not pick up the hotel. The address should carry “ Ilidza “ rather than Sarajevo for the address.

There were private breakfasts with a private chef, just for me. A strong Bosnian breakfast for a long day. Breakfast is served in the basement, in the restaurant, but I had it more than once in the cafe, well served, chatting with people. Very private parking free parking I like a lot. Hotel position is minutes walk from Iliđa center.

Nothing particular, you get what you paid for.

Everything was great, the breakfast is very good and very tasty, the staff is very friendly. I arrived late after midnight and a very kind night guard came and offered to help me with the suitcases to the room. I am very satisfied with the room I stayed in, everything is clean and tidy. I recommend everyone to come because everything is really great 😁😁

The hotel is very nice like a boutique hotel located in a very nice neighborhood where buses, markets and many other facilities are more than close to walk. Hotel was clean, has very nice rooms and breaks fast lobby and more importantly staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If u look for tranquility, then go for that hotel.

Decent small hotel, very friendly staff. Location is not in centre of Sarajevo, but at least you don't have problems with parking as they have secured parking lots. Breakfast was OK, but could be better (small Swedish table would be fine).

We got a big room, bigger than we booked. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was excellent for us because we needed to be in Ilidža early in the morning. The breakfast was great and freshly cooked. The staff were kind.
