Crystal Hotel Ilidža is a charming and cozy historical hotel, beautifully preserved with a sense of Sarajevo’s past frozen in time. The hotel location is really fantastic beautiful views all around with green areas. Staff are nice, helpful, their way of talking and receiving us very respectful. Many many thanks to Dejna and Boyan for their receiption and support(apologize if I wrote the names wrongly). The breakfast is very delicious with a variety of dishes.

I liked the staff. They were extremely kind and ready to help and answer any questions. The breakfast (despite it was in the hotel in front) was super good.

Temperature regulation system in the rooms was a bit tricky to set. Also the fan in the Bathroom was a little noisy for me. But still it's normal. It's just "my taste".

Breakfast could be better - it is served in another five star hotel, but it is more like three star breakfast. Cleaning could be improved, particularly around the hotel. A kettle in the room would also be welcom.

The property was in the center of the public park with many other hotels in the surroundings. It’s a nice place if you like to stay in an old dates hotel.

The AC really didn’t work, plus they need to upgrade the rooms.

Fabulous breakfast very hospitable and helpfull facility staff. Georgeus environment. Location for buses and tram are just perfect.
