The "Terme" Hotel offers an unforgettable stay in nature. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and the interior exudes elegance and warmth. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect - surrounded by beautiful nature, with the proximity to interesting amenities adding a special charm. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating, but I would especially like to mention the receptionist Emir and the manager Edita, who made sure we felt at home throughout our stay. Their kindness and professionalism are truly something rare. I would definitely recommend the "Terme" to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature, with excellent service and comfortable accommodation.

Firstly, i liked the location of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very kind and ready to help you with anything. The food at the hotel restaurant was very tasty and the portions were just perfect. The room was very spacious and the bed were very comfy. Also, the wifi was working perfectly.

Maybe the signal for the tv în the room could be better. The TV was simply not watchable. All the chanels froze. All i wanted from my TV is to have some channels with traditional music or something. I wanted the full experience. But, unfortunately, i could not watch. Not a big deal, but i was a tiny bit disappointed.

Edita's friendly welcome and conversation she called me by name, which made me feel even more at home and closer to the place.It was already my favorite last year too. A large bowl of welcome cake was provided in my room. I was very touched. Overall, all the workers I met they were kind and restaurant workers were also paying attention to me. I was last year for the first time and this year for the second time, because everything is perfect there and everybody it is so warm. the small stream in front of the hotel and the small bridges make the place even more fabulous. Next year I will come back again. Thanyk you Edita and every staff.

This is not just your regular hotel. It provides many exceptional services that you can't find in just a common hotel. Staff was really pleasant and was there to answer any question that we had. The hotel offers free parking along with a pool and a security on site. The hotel also had exceptional spa services that helps you rejuvenate after a long day of work or walk in Sarajevo. I would highly recommend this place and plan to keep coming back when I visit Sarajevo in future. Thank you..Sanel

Reception was very good welcome us and when we go the room Sebring for us Bosnia sweet as I welcome to the free and there was look after us clean the room every day and the stuff very friendly she asked if you need any help of just contact him inside the room was cattle tea coffee sugar everything it was a great thank you

i booked two rooms adjacent to each other. There was one problem of one of the bathrooms. The water in the shower didn't go into the drain. The water accumulates each time I take a shower and takes a few mintues to drain! I didn't ask them to fix it, anyway.

reception staff were very nice and helpful . They were professional in their dealing with customers and helpful in accommodating request especially Ameenah and Adita. Certainly, I’ll stay their again.

Breakfast buffet could be better with more food options. Also AC in the rooms is fine but might be an issue in hot days.

The mattress is excellent The hotel is for physical therapy so you will see alot of patients and elder people. The location in ilidza best part in sarajevo Nearby resturant and cafes

I liked the position of the hotel and also that it was very clean and comfy. The food from the restaurant was perfect. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would like very much to do it again.

Internet poor couldn't hold a connection long enough to make a call. No USB sockets. Only a minor irritation everything else 👍
