Passing through for one night, we had early check in. We booked the VIP suite and it was great, free water, fruit and sweets left out for us and the mini bar was stocked with non alcoholic drinks. They made up a sofa bed for my son and I had the seperate bedroom. Shower was fine and the living area was fantastic, TV received all foreign channels in all languages. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and place was very clean. The breakfast was fine for us, cereals, toast, sweet things and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help us. The price for what we had was very cheap when compared to the UK An added extra was the toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, shower caps, they thought of everything

We booked this as it's close to the airport and we had an early flight, literally a five minute drive from the airport. Not an issue for us but there's not a lot within walking distance, but taxis are so cheap in sarajevo you can get anywhere very cheaply and there's the tram.

Room was big enough for a family of four. Beds are comfy and the small fridges really help. Staff was amazing, very receptive and always willing to assist you.

Breakfast is not the worse we have already had, but definitely there are lots of room for improvements. First of all, we are all woke up with the smell of things being fried... (and we were in 3rd floor), so maybe a better exhauster in the kitchen area. I didn't understand why the smoke detector have not been activated as we were filling really smoked every morning. In addition to that, the bathroom is really small and has not a door on showers area, so everything gets wet after taking a shower.

The staff were amazing we only stayed for stop between flights. The hotel collected us from airport and dropped us the next day. We would have missed breakfast due to leaving to early they made up a little lunch box instead, gave us water and free coffee in the morning. Very pleasant, enjoyable experience. hotel was clean with good facilities and very close to the airport. I would most definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for all you did as I was a women alone with a child. They really supported us and made us feel safe and secure during our stay.

everything was great, extremely good value for money and location

First of all, I have been taking care of amazingly well from the moment I arrived since my smooth check out, where I was given proper lunch box for take away, as I couldn’t benefit from the nice breakfast service, as I had to leave quite early. The staff members and receptionists especially, were very kind and supportive during my stay. I didn’t miss out on anything. Furthermore, I am very happy to be able to book a place at this hotel and on this way, I want to thank everyone who is working at this hotel. Much respect and appreciation to the New Hotel. Absolutely easy and confident to recommend.

very clean property, comfy bed very nice bathroom.

The breakfast could be improved but it was okay. The location was a bit far from the old town but we had a car so it wasn’t too bad. it took us about 15 minutes drive to get to the city centre so if you don’t have a car you need to think again. there’s nothing much happening around the property but there is a petrol station very close by and 15 minutes walk to McDonald’s.

It’s a structural issue where the room door was half opened. I spoke to the owner about and advise the solution. hopefully in my best visit the problem will be resolved

it is very closed to airport. it took 10 minutes to reach from airport. hotel and equipment quit new. i like the bathroom too(walk in)

we didn’t have our car. normally you wait 3 minutes for taxi but at 4pm not easy to find free taxi. they told especially on Friday about 4pm not easy to find it.

Reception (Fatima) was very nice. Breakfast was good.

The room was spacious, but the bathroom was too small and really not ergonomic. Some parts were broken.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff and the owner are helpful, friendly and warm.

Hotel is well located near Airport and have all the stores and restaurant within 400 meters, Staff is very helpful specially Fatima, she can help you with information you need while you stay in City, Airport transfer can be taken from Hotel at much cheaper price than you pay to Taxi. I can certainly recommend this hotel
