Bella Italia in Sarajevo is a place no tourist should ever step foot in. The landlord is deceptive, aggressive, and appears to be running a scam operation targeting travelers. I booked this place for one night during my visit to Sarajevo,expecting a peaceful stay. Instead, I was met with lies, intimidation, and behavior that made me feel completely unsafe. This landlord is keeping booking open for many rooms and once you arrive, is saying we don't have , he us literally playing and miss up with tourists. The property itself is not as advertised, and the whole operation feels like a trap for unsuspecting tourists. I've traveled extensively, and I’ve never felt this vulnerable or threatened before. Authorities should be made aware of what’s happening here.Do yourself a favor – stay away from Bella Italia Sarajevo. There are plenty of honest and safe places in this beautiful city, but this is not one of them. I will also put down some photos screenshots of his conversation with me once i arrived to check in . It's impossible to say that we liked anything given that the hygienic and sanitary conditions of the structure were so bad that we had to escape as soon as we arrived at the hotel. We can only save the Bosnian boy who was at the receptionist who tried to help us as much as he could.
