The location is excellent and easily accessible. the whole staff are wonderful. They are polite, friendly, smiling, helpful, and so kind.including hotel manager and receptionist Amna, Kenan, and Imran. They truly reflect the beautiful hospitality of the Bosnian people and culture. The hotel and rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast is super and delicious with a lot of variety of food. We certainly recommend this hotel very much. We will definitely book again in this hotel in our next visit to Sarajevo.

Enroute back to Sarajevo airport, decided to stay at this hotel which is literally 10 mins away. It's a fantastic hotel, comfortable and cosy. Staff were efficient and polite. AC works fantastically well. The spa on -1 level was great, too. It's an eco concept hotel utilising renewable sources of energy - solar, I think. There's a lovely Mosque within 2 mins walking distance and some lovely eateries. Try 'Me Gusto' for breakfast or dinner. I didn't use the dining facilities but seemed busy and fairly occupied.

Parking was a bit a tight and entrance for wheeled luggage, pushchairs or wheelchairs isn't straight forward.

I had a double room and a triple room for the children. The most important thing about this hotel is the staff, especially the hotel manager. We noticed their help and good manners. The breakfast was varied to the point of convincing.

The carpet needs to be changed or replaced with ceramic.

Modern, clean hotel offering good value for money. Breakfast had a lot of variety and also local food options. The staff was very friendly and helped me to check in over the phone in advance, even though I arrived after midnight.

Only lukewarm to cold water came out of the shower in the morning. The night before the shower worked without any problems and the water was much hotter. It could have been a one-off situation or the hot water heater is reaching its limits during peak hours in the morning.

Perfectly situated close to the airport and a huge Bingo allowed us to indulge in last-minute shopping before we flew off. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Love that the breakfast spread is halal! Beds are comfortable, lots of hot water and heater in the rooms - exactly what we need in wintery conditions. Will recommend this hotel.

The service staff at the front desk are warm and thoughtful, responsive to every request. We can feel that the front desk staff are well trained. They called taxis for us and communicated with taxi drivers on the phone. Their thoughtful service means that we don't feel the inconvenience of language.

But the service of the housekeeping staff needs to be improved. After we checked in the room on the first day, the pillow did not have a case. The next day we came back after a day trip, the bed in the room was not made, only bath towels were changed in the bathroom, and other toiletries that needed to be added were not added. Took our used coffee cups and replaced them with clean coffee cups and coffee. The grounds were dirty and not cleaned. Sink dirt not cleaned etc. In conclusion, room service is very unprofessional.

The staff is very nice and friendly, especially the receptionist named Amina. I would like to thank her, and I will definitely return to the hotel because of her pleasant demeanor. She is very kind, respectful, and helpful. I hope the hotel management recognizes her and awards her the title of the perfect employee. She is truly an asset to the hotel. Note: It would be better to change the room floor carpeting.

The arrival was very welcoming. Front desk and housekeeping teams are friendly and helpful. Hotel has an accessible location. Beds are comfortable.

Coffee which is served with the breakfast. It tastes like Nescafé, not a beans coffee from coffee machine. However, you can order a good coffee separately in cafe.

Very clean and roomy room. Breakfast were good. There was no hot water in our room but they let us use the other room which was great.

The cigarette smoke. It’s a smoking hotel. Other than that, it was great.

Parking is a problem. Even when you try to use garage you cannot enter due to unlicensed parking

It is new, clean and the food is fantastic. Bravo to chefs.
